Die ganze Wohnung hat einen wunderschönen Fischgräten Parkett, liegt im Hinterhof eines Altbaus und ist in absoluter Ruhelage! Beide Zimmer sind so möbliert wie du es auf den Bildern siehst.

Du wohnst einen Katzensprung vom Arenbergpark entfernt und hast einen großen Billa, Lidl, Apotheke, Döner und Würstelstand vor der Haustür. Zur Technischen Uni kannst du in 15 Minuten zu Fuß laufen und auch alle anderen Hochschulen erreichst du unter 20 Minuten mit den Öffis.

U-Bahn: U4 Stadtpark (8 Minuten), U3 Rochusgasse (8 Minuten)

Dein Mitbewohner wird Antoine (26) sein, der gerade seinen Master in Architektur an der TU macht. Wenn er nicht gerade Modelle für seine Uni Projekte baut, ist er in den Bars und Clubs von Wien unterwegs (RIP Corona), hängt in Plattenläden ab, spielt eine seiner 5 Gitarren oder versucht seine Mario Kart Skills endlich auf mein Level zu bringen.
Ich, Sascha (25), werde das kommende Semester in Georgien verbringen und du wirst mein Zimmer in der Zeit bewohnen.
Achja als Haustier haben wir einen Staubsaugerroboter (Fiffi, sehr pflegeleicht).
Wir lieben es Freunde zu Besuch zu haben, wobei fette WG Partys eher seltener sind.
Ob du studierst oder arbeitest ist uns nicht wichtig, viel mehr dass du unkompliziert bist, dich für Essen begeisterst und dir ein achtsamer Umgang untereinander wichtig ist.
Putzen ist wie in jeder WG ein Thema: Wir fahren ganz gut damit, das Bad einmal die Woche anzugehen und die Küche nach dem Benutzen auf Klarschiff zu bringen. Ansonsten regelt Fiffi das meiste

The whole flat has a beautiful herringbone parquet floor, is located in the backyard of an old building and is in an absolutely quiet area! Both rooms are furnished as you see in the pictures.

We love to have friends over, although fat WG parties are rather rare.
Whether you are studying or working is not important to us, it is more important that you are uncomplicated, enthusiastic about food and that you treat each other with respect.
Cleaning is an issue, as it is in every flat-sharing community: we do quite well by tackling the bathroom once a week and cleaning up the kitchen after use. Otherwise, Fiffi takes care of most things
