Quick note: I'm an American and don't speak much German, but everyone else in the flat speaks German and English (and some other languages, too).
This is a big, amazing room available for January and February! You'll have your own couch, desk, bed, bookshelf, wardrobe, and a big window. There's plenty of space to work and/or hang out.
The flat has a nice, fully-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a laundry machine. There's also a bathroom with a shower and tub and a separate room for the toilet.
The location is fantastic. The 4A bus stops right outside, it's a two minute walk to the 71 tram, five minutes by foot to the U4 at Stadtpark, and 7 minutes to Renweg and Karlsplatz. You'll be within walking distance of the Ring, and the Belvedere's beautiful fountain is just around the corner. There are multiple grocery stores and shops right outside.
Your flatmates will be pretty chill and independent. We're a mixed, international group of students and workers. We're friendly and hang out sometimes, but also allow everyone their own space. There's a cleaning lady who comes once a month and we all take turns cleaning the common areas of the flat on the weekends.
