Großes Zimmer, zentrale Lage, ab Juli

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft!
U3 Rochusgasse ist 3 min, U3 / U4 Landstraße ist 8 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Direkt vor unserem Haus hält die Tram 1, die den Ring entlang in die Innenstadt fährt.
Außerdem haben wir den Bus A4 zum Karlsplatz und den Bus A 81 zum Praterstern direkt vor der Haustür.

Was aber noch besser ist, als die Öffis: du wohnst genau am Kanal und in 3 min erreichst du den grünen Prater! :-) Für die Sommermonate ist das perfekt!

U3 Rochusgasse is 3 min, U3 / U4 Landstraße is 8 min away from our place.
Just in front of our house is the Tram 1, that goes along the ring to the city centre.
Also we have the Bus A4 to Karlsplatz and the Bus A 81 to Praterstern just in front of our house.
So you are everywhere super quick!

The best thing, however, ist that you are going to live just next to the canal and in 3 minutes you are in the big park Prater! That's just perfect in summer!

Wir wohnen in der WG zu fünft. Aus unterschiedlichen Plänen wie Auslandssemester, Mit-der-Freundin-Zusammenziehen und Praktika müssen wir unsere Wohnung leider Ende Juli verlassen.
Davor bin ich aber einen Monat nicht da, wo du in meinem Zimmer wohnen kannst.
Dadurch könnte es sein, dass es nicht mehr 5 Personen sind, da ein paar schon früher ausziehen.
Das WG-Leben ist aber voll entspannt, wir kommen gut miteinander aus. :-)
Wie die Zeit hier für dich aussieht, kommt ganz auf dich an. Bist du eher praktisch und brauchst für einen Monat ein Dach über dem Kopf, ist das voll ok. Willst du mit meinen Mitbewohnern etwas unternehmen, sind sie sicher auch dafür zu haben. Alles ganz locker. :-)

There are 5 people in the flat. Because of different reasons like semesters abroad, moving in with the girlfriend and internships we have had to cancel our contract and we will all leave the flat in the end of July.
Before that I am going to be on holiday for a month (in July), when you can live in my room.
That's why maybe there won't be 5 people in the flat anymore, but maybe less, because two of us might leave a couple of weeks earlier.
Living with my flat mates is relaxed and we have a good time together. Easy :-)
However you would like to spend your time here is fine. If you just need a place to stay, that's fine, and if you would like to spend time with my flat mates that's fine too.

Wir können noch darüber reden, welche Möbel du im Zimmer haben möchtest. Auch bei der Miete bin ich bereit etwas runter zu gehen. Du kannst auch nur ein paar Wochen hier bleiben. Wie du willst. :)
Ich muss dazu sagen, dass um unser Haus gerade ein Gerüst ist, da im Haus gebaut wird. Bei uns sind die Bauarbeiter aber nur manchmal im Korridor und es ist gar nicht so schlimm.

We can talk about what furniture you would like to have in the room. Also with the rent I might go down a bit, but we can talk about that. You can stay here for a couple of weeks, if you don't need a full month. Whatever works best for you.
I have to say, though, that there is a building site in our house. But in our flat they are only doing something in the corridor and only sometimes. So it's not too bad.

But we can talk about all that later.
