My name is Marcia and I will unfortunately have to move out of our 4-person shared flat as my translation internship in Vienna ends.
In the apartment live 1 woman and 2 men, from 25 to 30. We like it neat and drink a glass of wine or cook together, but leave enough space and privacy for everyone!
Top transport links (U3 Schalchthausgasse, trams and buses) and three supermarkets, a bakery and a pharmacy nearby.
In our flatshare we speak Austrian, English and French.
The room is quiet and cozy, and fully furnished. The flat has a large bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. Feel free to invite friends over (as long as you keep relatively quiet at night).
The flat will be available from 1st March. The security deposit is 900€, and the cost of the furniture is 350€ (negotiable), for 1 double bed, 2 double mattresses and a set of sheets, 1 mirror, 1 closet and hangers, 1 5-storey shelf, curtains and little storage units.
The 30€/month (in addition to the 220€ in rent) covers the electricity and internet.
