Die Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Bezirk und sehr in der Naehe (ca. 3-5 Min zu Fuss) von Messe-Prater und Praterstern. Es gibt sehr viele Moeglichkeiten mit den Oeffis, naemlich Bus-Linie 82 gleich um die Ecke, U2 Messeprater (ca. 3-5 Min zu Fuss) ist am naehsten. S-Bahn/U1-U2 Praterstern ist auch in 7-8 min erreichbar. In ca. 5 min ist man an der WU. D.h. In 10-15 minuten, bist du beim Stadt Park, Schweden Platz, Stefans Dom, Shottenring and Rathaus and Haupt Uni!

Sehr nahe zum Vergnügungspark Praterstern, Donauinsel, Augarten, Hauptalle sowie vielen Parks in der nähe :-)

Billa Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke in 2 minuten erreichbar. Hofer, Penny und Spar sind auch ganz in der Naehe.

The apartment is located in the 2nd district and very close (about 3-5 minutes on foot) to WU, Messe-Prater and Praterstern. There are many possibilities with the public transport, namely Bus-line 82 just around the corner, U2 Messeprater (about 3-5 minutes on foot) is next. S-Bahn / U1-U2 Praterstern can also be reached in 7-8 min. In about 5 minutes one is at the WU. Actually, In 10-15 minutes, you are at the city park, Schwedenplatz, Stefansplatz, Shottenring, Rathaus, Main University and Vienna Central since the apartment is located quite centrally!

Very close to the amusement park Praterstern, Donauinsel, Augarten, Hauptalle as well as many parks nearby :-)

Billa supermarket is just around the corner in 2 minutes. Hofer, Penny and Spar are also very close.

WG Leben:

Wir sind sehr nette, freundliche und offene Leute und immer bereit den Leuten zu helfen :-). Wir sind zu dritt in der Wohnung. Mein Name ist Nilay und arbeite bei der Universitaet Wien, meine Frau ist Wirtschaftsprüferin. Ich und meine Frau wohnen in einem des grosseren Zimmers. In einem kleinen Zimmer wohnt ein Student, der gerade seine Masterarbeit schreibt und suche eine PhD Stelle in Europa. Das 4.Zimmer ist frei. Dieses Zimmer ist das grösste Zimmer der Wohnung (ca. 25m2). Ich suche für das Zimmer eine freundliche, offene und nette Person :-)

Wir kommen aus Indien und ich wohne in Europa seit mehr als 15 Jahren und spreche fliessend Deutsch, Englisch und andere Indische Sprachen. Manchmal kochen wir gemeinsame und besonders wenn ich was authentisches Indisches gekocht habe, teile ich sehr gerne mit :-) Also, wenn es um Gewuerzen geht, haben wir fast alles der Welt da :-)

We are very nice, friendly and open people and always willing to help the people :-). We are three in the apartment. My name is Nilay and I work at the University of Vienna, my wife is an auditor. I and my wife live in one of the larger rooms. In a small room, there is a student who is currently writing his master's thesis and is looking for a PhD position in Europe. The fourth room is free. This room is the largest room of the apartment (about 25m2). I am looking for the room a friendly, open minded and a nice person :-)

We come from India and I have been living in Europe for more than 15 years and speak fluent German, English and other Indian languages. Sometimes we cook together and especially when I have cooked authentic Indian, I like to share with :-) So, when it comes to spices, we have almost everything in the world there :-)
