Es handelt sich um ein schönes, großes Zimmer in einer gemütlichen 2er WG. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung ca. 70m², besteht aus zwei großen Zimmern, einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche mit Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, etc, einem Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine sowie einer separaten Toilette.
Das Zimmer ist 3,40m hoch, bietet also mehr als genug Platz nach oben beispielsweise für ein Hochbett. Mit einer Fläche von ca. 25m², einem schönen Fischgrätenparkett, zwei großen neuen Fenster lässt es sich hier sehr angenehm leben. Hervorzuheben ist die wirklich ruhige Lage und dass die Wohnung auch im Sommer überhaupt nicht heiß wird.
Big and beautiful room in a cozy 2 person „Wohngemeinschaft“. All in all the flat covers 70m² and consists of two big rooms, a completely furnished and equipped kitchen (freezer, refrigeraor, etc.), toilet, and a bathroom with washing machine.
The room is 3.4m high, so there is enough space for a loft bed. With about 25m² of space, nice parquet floor and two big windows that shut off the sounds of the city really well, living in this room is a pleasant experience. Furthermore, the flat is located towards a little park and a blind alley so there is basically no noise.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Unteren Augartenstraße. Mit dem Rad zur Hauptuni sind es keine 5min. Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist Schottenring, wo mit der U2 und der U4 alle Konnektivitäts-Ansprüche befriedigt werden. Die großen Highlights in unmittelbarer Geh-Nähe sind auf der einen Seite der Augarten, auf der anderen Seite der Donaukanal und auch ganz in der Nähe die boulderbar. Auch Wiens Innenstadt, der Prater und die schönen Ecken des zweiten Bezirks sind in der näheren Umgebung.
The flat is located in Untere Augartenstraße. A bike ride to the University of Vienna takes about 5mins. The closest U-Bahn Station is Schottenring that covers lines U4 and U2. The nicest places that come to mind in walking distance are Augarten, Donaukanal and boulderbar ;)
In addition, Vienna City Centre, der Wiener Prater and the beautiful second district are close-by.
Ich bin Andreas (vielleicht dein neuer Mitbewohner), bin 30 Jahre alt und schreibe derzeit an meiner Masterarbeit in Psychologie und arbeite nebenher. Ich komme aus Deutschland und bin seit sechs Jahren hier. Die Jahre mit ausscheifendem Feiern habe ich schon hinter mir und freue mich auf eine ruhige, gesettelte „Erwachsenen-WG“. Idealerweise siehst du die Wohnung auch als einen Ort des Heimkommens und des zur-Ruhe-Kommens.
Die Grundlagen eines gelingenden Zusammenlebens werden wirklich vorausgesetzt – Rücksichtnahme auf die Mitbewohner, die Küche sauber zu hinterlassen und den Putzplan einzuhalten. Auch wenn das jetzt ein wenig „streng“ klingt, wenn die Grundlagen hinhauen dann kann man mit mir echt entspannt zusammenleben.

I am not that much into party and nightlife, and I am also searching for a roommate that considers the flat as a steadying place to come home and relax.
I like to cook my food, so I like to encounter the kitchen in a clean condition. That's why I require a sense of cleaniness in the common spaces from my future roommate. Apart from that, I consider myself a laid-back guy that is pretty uncomplicated to live with :)
