Da ich Wien kurzfristig verlassen muss, suche ich jemanden der mein schönes Zimmer vom 01.02 bis 31.03 übernimmt. Die Wohnung ist 100m² groß und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad und zwei Toiletten. Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben. Wie in den Bildern gezeigt gibt es ein Doppelbett, eine aufklappbare Couch, einen Schreibtisch, einen Kleiderschrank, zwei Kommoden und zwei Regale. Die Miete ist all-inklusive (+6€ für Wlan).

As I have to leave Vienna on a short notice, I’m looking for someone to rent my room from the 1st of February to the 31st of March. The apartment is 100m² big and comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a shower room and two toilettes. The room is completely furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed, a desk, a closet, two chests or drawers and two shelves. The rent covers gas, water and heating. An additional 6 euros is for the wifi.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im zweiten Bezirk.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Penny, Lidl, Bipa..etc) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die U-Bahnstationen Praterstern und Taborstraße sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit den öffis (5B, 2) erreicht man so in weniger als 10 Minuten Stadtzentrum. Die zwei Parkanlagen Augarten und Prater sind auch gleich ums Eck!
The apartment is located on a quiet side street in the second district. Numerous shopping possibilities (Billa, Penny, Lidl, Bipa..etc) are all nearby. The metro stations Praterstern and Taborstraße are five minutes by foot. The tram no.2 and the bus 5B will take you directly to the city center in less than 10 minutes. The two major parks Prater and Augarten are also just around the corner!
