As I will not be in Vienna in February, I am leasing my room for around 1 month (4 February – 1 March). My room is a small and cozy room (13m2) in a 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment is located on 2nd floor (unfortunately with no elevator).
The room is fully equipped with 1 high bed (with mattress) and an extra mattress (maybe for your friend who comes to visit), wardrobe, tables and chair, small bookshelf, fan and some small stuffs.
The kitchen is also fully equipped. Unfortunately, no dishwasher is available. We enjoy cleaning anyway ^^. The bathroom is with bath tub, washing machine and a cupboard with one compartment for you.
The rent is 300 Euro (all inclusive). I also have to ask for a caution of 200 Euro for things in my room and in the apartment which will be refund to you after I take back the room.
The building is on 2nd district, on Lassallestrasse and is within 5-minute walk to Praterstern (U1, U2, S-Bahn, tram, bus). It's also very close to Vorgartenstrasse (U1).
Everything is very convenient within walking distance. Small Billa and Penny are right in the corner. Billa in Praterstern within 7 mins walk is opened even on Sunday. Hofer and Lidl are within 15 mins walk. With U-Bahn from Praterstern, you can easily reach the city center (U1) and WU (U2, within 10-15 mins), UniWien (U2) and TU (U1, U2). Prater is just within 5 mins walk and also with really nice and huge park where you can enjoy fresh air or go running and picnic.
Your future roommates are two lovely girls (Azucena and Anna). They are Austrian and German. Both are students. The main language in our apartment now is English but of course, you can also speak German. That is even easier ^^.
We are looking for a clean, responsible person who cares about other people’s privacy. We don’t have a cleaning schedule but always keep our apartment (and of course the room) clean. Both your roommates are now very busy with their work and thesis and we prefer rather calm life, so of course, no one will bother you too much. But we also enjoy talking together, while cooking or eating or maybe with some coffee or wine. We do share a lot now and I really enjoy living here. I hope you will find that too. Guests are always welcome but please ask your roommates in advanced if your friends want to stay for a few days.
If you are interested or have any further questions, feel free to send me a message. I'll do my best to answer you as soon as possible, hopefully in the same day. It would be very nice if you would read the information carefully before asking. I tried my best to write a detailed introduction.
We can also arrange a visit to our apartment or maybe a Skype call if you are not in Vienna.
Thank you very much for your interest.
