Die Wohnung ist perfekt angebunden und befindet sich in 3 min Gehweite zur nächsten U2 Station, 2er Bim und Bushaltestelle Taborstraße. Der Schwedenplatz ist in ca. 10 min Gehweite - deshalb auch U4 und U1 zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Gasse vor dem Gebäude ist sehr ruhig und bietet öffentliche Parkplätze.
Nicht weit entfernt liegt auch der Augarten, der Karmelitermarkt und in unmittelbarer Nähe sind alle Geschäfte, die man so braucht :)

The flat is perfectly connected and is in 3 minutes walking distance to the next metro station U2 Taborstraße. Also tramway and bus connections can be found at the same place. Other metro lines and the inner city are in 10 min walking distance (U1, U4, 1 - Schwedenplatz station).
The street in front of the building is very quiet and contains public parking slots. Within 3 min walking distance you find all the shops you need, a weekend market and very nice restaurants and cafés.
Aufgrund meines halbjährigen Auslandsaufenthalts vermiete ich die zwei getrennt begehbaren Zimmer der Wohnung. Dein Mitbewohner ist ein 23-jähriger Student, der für ein Praktikum in Wien ist.
