Das Zimmer ist 23m2 groß, getrennt begehbar und sehr hell.
Es wird möbliert vermietet: Matratze mit Lattenrost, großer Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Tisch, Nachtkastl, eventuell Kommode oder Regal.
Die Wohnung liegt im sechsten Stock (mit Lift) und es gibt eine große, moderne Küche mit Essbereich und Tisch.
Vorerst suchen wir eine/n Mitbewohner/in bis ca. Ende Februar, möglicherweise gibt es dann die Option, länger zu bleiben.

The room has 23 m², is accessible separately and very bright. Its fully furnished: Mattress + slatted frame, couch, table, bedside table, wardrobe, possibly shelf.
The flat is on the 6th floor and it has a big, modern kitchen with dining area and table.
We are looking for a flatmate from mid-august until end of february, but there might be the option to stay longer.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der U1-Station Nestroyplatz (nicht weit sind auch Praterstern (U1/U2) bzw. Schwedenplatz (U1/U4)), d.h. der Prater und der Donaukanal sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es nette Lokale und den Karmelitermarkt.

The flat is located right next to the U1-Station Nestroyplatz (in walking distance: Praterstern (U1/U2) and Schwedenplatz (U1/U4)), that means that Donaukanal (going out) and Prater (relaxing/jogging/cycling) are only a few minutes away. There are nice bars and other places nearby and also a green market (Karmelitermarkt).
Wir sind Leah und Max (beide 27) und haben bisher immer in WGs gewohnt. Jetzt ziehen wir gemeinsam in die Praterstraße und suchen dafür eine/n nette/n Mitbewohner/in ab Mitte August. Ein gemeinsames, lustiges WG-Leben ist uns wichtig, obwohl wir beide tagsüber viel auf der Uni/ Arbeit sind.
Mit uns kann man gut kochen, essen, trinken, fortgehen, diskutieren, radfahren, baden, Filme schauen, Freunde einladen.

Leah: Studentin der Politikwissenschaft, Südosteuropa-begeistert, heimliche Karaokeliebhaberin

We are Leah and Max (both 27) and we have been living in shared flats so far. We are moving in together in Praterstraße soon and we are looking for a nice flatmate from mid-august on. Hanging out together in the flat is important to us, although we spend most of the day at the university/work usually.
What you can do with us: cooking, eating, drinking, going out, debating, cycling, swimming, watching movies, having friends over.

ACHTUNG: Leider bekommen wir die Wohnungsschlüssel erst Anfang August, daher werden wir die Besichtigungen wahrscheinlich zwischen 2. und 5. August machen. Einzug am besten ab Mitte August oder spätestens Ende August möglich.

ATTENTION:
Unfortunately we will not receive the keys before beginning of August, therefore we are planning to do the flat tour from 2nd to 5th of August. Moving in is possible from mid-August or end of August at the latest.
