This room is completely furnished and very spacious (20m2). The room has a very big window, so you can have a sunlight during the day. All furnitures look still very nice and modern. You share a toilet, a bathroom and a kitchen with roommates. There will be almost everything you need in the kitchen that are shared and also a brand-new washing machine.
There are three girls aged 23-26 and one is a student at WU and other two are working now. They are all very nice and try to help each other. They have sometimes a great time together but also respect own private time. Everyone speaks English perfectly, so there will be no problem at all even if you don't speak German.
The location is the biggest advantage of this room. It is located in 2.zone between Vorgartenstr.(U1) and Messe-Prater(U2). You can arrive at the station within 7(U1) and 5(U2) mins by walk. These two lines are going almost everywhere and bring you to the city center within 10mins. To the Donau, you need around 10-15mins by walk, so it is great for jogging-lovers. There are a bank, a post, Hofer, Spar and Billa within 5-10mins by walk, so it is very convienent to go for a grocery shopping and etc. To WU, it takes only 5-7 mins by walk, so it would be perfect for the students. It is pretty calm and safe area, so there is no worry to walk alone at night as well.
