Das Zimmer hat 12 m^2 und es ist alles drin, was man braucht. Das Fenster ist in den Innenhof gelegen, dadurch ist es wirklich ruhig und man guckt ins Grüne. Es wird möbliert vermietet.
Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung hat ein großes, schönes Badezimmer mit Dusche und großer Eckadewanne und ein separates WC. Auch einen Minibalkon haben wir. Unsere schöne Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und hat eine gemütliche Essecke. Außerdem haben wir noch einen "Wohnflur", der auch als Esszimmer dient wenn bei uns mal mehr los ist.. Auch ein kleiner Klopfbalkon ist vorhanden (reicht zum Blumenumtopfen oder Aussperren, wenn jemand nicht brav ist).
We have a 12m^2 furnished room available. The window is facing a quiet and green courtyard. Our flat has a beautiful big bathroom with tub and shower and a separate toilet. We also have a tiny balcony, an open kitchen with eating area and everything else you could need, as well as a little living room/hallway combination.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen des 2. Bezirks, in einer ruhigen Seitengasse der Lassallestaße, dem Venediger Au 2. Die U1, U2, S-Bahnen, Trams und Busse sind in 5 min (Station Praterstern) zu erreichen - man ist auch sehr schnell bei den Unis (WU 10min zu Fuß, Hauptuni ca. 15min, TU ca. 15 min…)
Alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf (Billa, Penny, Hofer, Lidl, DM,...) sind in unter 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Von der Wohnung aus sieht man direkt in den gegenüber liegenden Park.
Der Prater Vergnügungspark, der Praterpark und die Donauinsel befinden sich ebenfalls in der Gehweite - eine super Mischung aus gut angebunden sein und schnell im Grünen.
We are located in the second districts, close to the Prater in a quiet side street. There is a park right in front of the house (Venediger Au). The subways U1, U2, S-Bahnen, Streetcars and busses are all within 5 mins by foot. Any Uni is within short reach (WU 10 mins walk, Uni Wien 15 mins by subway, TU 15 mins).
The Prater amusement park, as well as the giant (normal nature) park are only a five minute walk away, the Donauinsel a 10 min walk.
Du würdest mit Milena (21) aus Meran, studiert Publizistik- und Kommunikationswissenschaften und Dominik (21) aus Linz, studiert IBWL zusammenwohnen. Beide sind sehr aufgeschlossen und bei jedem Spaß dabei, mögen es gerne unter Leuten zu sein, kochen oft, gerne und meist zu viel (Jackpot). Ich selbst bin für ein Semester außerlande.

You would be living with Dominik (21) and Milena (21) who study business and journalism and are from Linz and Meran. Both are very open people and are looking forward to get to know you :).They love cooking (and often cook too much, Jackpot!), Sports and spending time with friends. I will be spending a semester abroad.
