Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer sehr großzügigen und lichtdurchfluteten 4-Zimmer Wohnung. Das vermietete Zimmer ist ebenfalls sehr hell und voll möbliert.
Zwar hat es nur 11 m², der gemeinschaftliche Teil der Wohnung ist dafür umso größer. Wir haben ein sehr geräumiges WZ mit einer einladenden Couch und einer moderen Küche. Außerdem besitzt die Wohung ein Bad mit 2 separaten Toiletten. Obwohl wir am Praterstern wohnen, sind die Zimmer sehr ruhig da sie hofseitig liegen.

The room is located in a very spacious and light-flooded 4-roomm apartment. The room itself is also very bright and quiet due to the window facing the courtyard. Even though it has got only 11 m², the common area is very large with a big and cosy sofa. The apartment has, furthermore, a very modern and spacious kitchen and a bathroom wirh 2 separate toiletts.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Praterstern (2 Gehminuten). Dort kreuzen sich die U1,U2, viele Straßenbahnlinien und dort ist ebenfalls eine S-Bahnstation. Es gibt auch viele Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unserer Nähe, die teils sogar 7-Tage in der Woche geöffnet sind.
Zu den diversen Universitäten Wiens ist es auch nicht weit:
WU: 10 min öffentlich, 4min mit dem Rad und 15-20 min zu Fuß
Hauptuni: 15 min öffentlich
TU: 10-15min öffentlich
Falls du aber mal entspannen willst, ist der Wiener Prater, die Donauinsel oder der Donaukanal nicht weit. Der Prater ist vor der Haustüre und den Donaukanal erreicht man in 10min zu Fuß. Sogar zum Stephansplatz sind es nicht mehr als 20min zu Fuß.

The apartment is very close to the "Praterstern" (aprox. 2 min per foot). It is a tub station for U1, U2, trams and trains. Close to the apartment are furthermore many different kinds of supermarkets and a 7-days a week one as well (this is not common for Austria).
If you study at one of the universities here in Vienna, it is easy to get there:
WU: 10 min public transport, 4min by bike and 15-20 min per foot
Hauptuni: 15 min public transport
TU: 10-15min public transport
Public recration areas like the "Wiener Prater", "Donauinsel" or "Donaukanal" are easily accessible, even by foot (Wiener Prater 1min, Donaukanal 10min) and it only takes 20min by foot to get to Stephansplatz.
Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG! Wir verbringen immer wieder gerne auch Fernseh-/Filmschau-Abend auf der Couch zusammen oder gehen ab und zu feiern :) aber auch einen kleinen Spaziergang z.B. durch den Prater darf nicht fehlen.
