Ein möbliertes, 10m2 großes Zimmer mit Hochbett wird bei uns bald frei. Die Wohnung ist im Stuwerviertel, 2. Bezirk, circa 100m2, sehr hell, hat Parkettboden, Aufzug, Geschirrspüler und ein großes Wohnzimmer. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt. Wir sind zwischen 27 u. 35 Jahre alt, Englisch/Deutsch/Italienisch sprechend, und arbeiten/studieren. Falls du Interesse hast, schicke uns bitte ein paar Zeilen über dich, und wie du das zusammenwohnen gern magst oder dir vorstellst, z.B. Wünsche zu Dingen wie kochen, essen, putzen usw.
Kosten — Miete: €350 p/m,- (alles inkludiert), Kaution: €500,-
A furnished, approx. 10m2 room with a large raised bed will soon be free for Holidays at our place. The apartment is in the Stuwerviertel, 2nd district, near Praterstern station. The flat is in a turn-of-the-century building. It’s about 100m2, bright, with parquet flooring, lift, dishwasher and large living room. The toilet and bathroom are separate. We are between 27 and 35 years old, we speak English/German/Italian and a tiny bit of Chinese, and we work and study. If you’re interested send us a few words about yourself and your preferences or requirements when sharing a flat, i.e. about things like cooking, eating, cleaning etc.
