Ich vermiete ein 10 m² Zimmer + 2 m² Abstellraum/Kleiderschrank in einer 2er WG im 2. Bezirk (Taborstraße/Konradgasse).
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7. Stock (Dachgeschoß) mit Lift, ist 61 m² groß, sehr hell und verfügt über einen 20 m² Balkon, der um die Wohnung geht. Die Wohnung teilt sich auf in Vorraum, Küche, Bad mit WC und Badewanne, Wohnzimmer, Abstellraum und zwei getrennt begehbare Zimmer.
Die Miete beträgt 416€ inklusive allem (Strom, Gas, Internet, Haushaltsversicherung). Die Kaution beträgt 1000€, bei kurzer Miete (< 3 Monate) 416€.
Die Wohnung ist - bis auf dein Zimmer - voll möbliert, inkl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Auf Wunsch kann ich dir ein Bett (1,40 x 2 m), einen Schreibtisch + Sessel und einen Kleiderschrank leihen/bereitstellen; diese Möbel würde ich ansonsten verschenken.

I am renting out a 10 m² room + 2 m² closet in a shared flat in the second district of Vienna (Taborstraße/Konradgasse).
The flat is on the 7th and top most floor of the building (there is an elevator), is very bright and the view is amazing. The apartment is 61 m² with a 20 m² balcony that goes around it. There is a small hallway, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and tub, a large living room, a (your) closet and two separate rooms.
The rent will be 416€ per month, including everything (electricity, heating, Internet, insurance). The deposit is 1000€ for a long stay and 416€ for a short stay (3 months or less).
The apartment is fully furnitured including a washing machine and dishwasher, except for your room. I have a queen sized bed, desk + chair and wardrobe that you can use for free if you want to, otherwise i will give those things away.
Ich heiße Madeleine, bin 30 Jahre alt und lebe seit 10 Jahren in Wien, davon die letzten 3 Jahre in dieser Wohnung. Ich habe Molekulare Biologie an der Uni Wien studiert und bin zur Zeit auf Jobsuche.
Ich habe viele Jahre in WGs gewohnt. Ich bin ein offener, unternehmungslustiger Mensch mit einem großen Freundeskreis, zu Hause bin ich aber definitiv ruhig und will entspannen. Ich bin oft für einen Spiele- oder Netflixabend zu haben, suche aber prinzipiell nach einer erwachsenen MitebewohnerIn, die ein eigenes Leben führt und nicht auf meine Gesellschaft angewiesen ist (deshalb "Zweck-WG"). Ich hasse es zu kochen, dementsprechend wirst du die Küche ziemlich für dich alleine haben :D
Die Qualität der Fotos ist leider nicht die beste, mein Handy ist schon ziemlich alt.

I have lived in shared flats for most of my adult life. I am an outgoing, active person with a lot of friends. At home I like to relax and while I am definitely up for a night of board games or watching netflix together, I am looking for a grown up flatmate who has their own life and doesn't rely on my company. I hate cooking, therefore you will have the kitchen mostly to yourself :D
