ich vergebe ein Zimmer in unserer WG und freuen uns auf neuen, sympathischen und netten Zuwachs. :-)
Zimmer ist sehr schön, hell, ruhig. An einer Zimmerseite erstreckt sich über die gesamte Länge einige Fenster. Die Fenster zeigen zu einer sehr ruhigen Nebenstraße.
Außerdem ist alles bereits eingerichtet - daher ideal für Mitbewohner aus dem Ausland, die keine eigenen Möbel haben/mitbringen möchten.
Drei Monatsmieten Kaution. Ablöse abhängig ob wer was übergeben will von Vormieter und ob es da einen gab.
Nur für Mieter mit +3 Monaten Mietdauer.
Unkomplizierter Mitbewohner/in gesucht, der/die/das verlässlich ist und verantwortungsbewusst.
Bist du interessiert, dann schreibe etwas über dich in der 1. Nachricht, da ich daran erkenne, ob wer passt oder nicht.

I have a nice and cosy and quiet room for you in my friendly, relaxed and central flat share.
The room is very quiet and has a lot of light due to a huge window front side. Also it is on a quiet side street, so you has the silence to learn or relax at home.
The flat is fully staffed and equipped, which is comfortable for foreigners, which don't want to move with their furniture.
Three months deposit. At least for 3 months of rental.
Only a relaxed and calm person, which is reliable, trust-worthy and tidy.
If you are interested, then write sthg. about you in your first mail, cause this is where I am sorting out the people who could fit in or not.
Durch die Gürtelnähe und die kurzen Anbindungen zu den Wiener Verkehrsbetrieben sind wir recht schnell überall und zentral gelegen. Zur TU sind es z.B. nur 10 min. ca. Zum Handelskai gerade nur 20 min.
