Das Zimmer ist ca. 13qm groß und angenehm hell. Es ist möbliert mit Schreibtisch, kleinem Regal und Garderobe. Das Bett auf den Fotos wird beim Einzug nicht mehr im Zimmer sein, aber du könntest eine Schlafcouch bekommen oder holst dir ein günstiges Bett im Gebrauchtmöbel Laden nebenan.
Vom Fenster sieht man auf den begrünten Platz vor dem Haus. Im Zimmer sollte nicht geraucht werden. Morgens scheint die Sonne durch die großen Fenster :) Es ist eine ruhige Straße, aber die Öffis sind sehr gut erreichbar.
In der Miete von 372€ ist bereits alles dabei (Strom, Gas, Internet etc.)
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Liftstock, ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Wlan etc. Wir haben eine große, helle Wohnküche als Gemeinschaftsraum :)

The room is app 13sqm large, furnished with desk, small shelf and wardrobe. The bed you see in the pictures won't be there when you move in, but we can put a sleepingcouch inside or you can get a cheap bed from the used furniture store nextdoor. From the window you can see the trees in front of the house and you get lovely morning sun through the large windows. The rent of 372€ includes everything (power, gas, wifi etc).
The flat is in the 3rd floor with elevator, it's fully furnished with a kitchen-living room, dishwasher, washing maschine, Wifi and it's very bright.
Sehr zentrale Lage: Zu U1, U4, Karlsplatz und Naschmarkt sind es 10 min zu Fuß. Öffis erreicht man in 2min (13A, 1, 62, Badner Bahn). Ein Supermakrt ist direkt neben dem Haus, alle anderen Läden und Post in 5 min erreichbar. Es gibt viele Bars und Restaurants in der Gegend.
Very centrally located: U1, U4, Karlsplatz and Naschmarkt are only 10 min walk. Other public transport you can reach in 2min (13A, 1, 62, Badner Bahn). There's a supermarket right next to our house, everything else is just 5min away. Lots of Bars and restaurants around.
Wir haben hier einen unkomplizierten und entspannten Umgang miteinander. Wichtig ist uns, dass aufeinander Rücksicht genommen wird, die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber gehalten werden und dass nicht geraucht wird in der Wohnung. Ich arbeite im psychosozialen Bereich und meine Mitbewohnerin schreibt ihre Diss in Umweltrecht. Sie ist bis Ende November hier, dann zieht eine neue Person ein.
We have a very uncomplicated and relaxed atmosphere in our flat. Mutual respect, tidiness in the common spaces and non-smoking indoors is important to us. In my work I support people with mental sufferings and my flatmate is writing her dissertation in environmental law. She is living here for November only.
