I'm looking for a flatmate to move in to the other room in my WG for the month of September. It's a small, but well manageable room and the price is very low. There's a big double-bed, a desk, a big wardrobe and a smaller shelf in the room. There's also a huge window that gives quite a lot of light. It is on the Hof-side, so it's very quiet and even though the flat is on the top floor, this room stays cool in the summer. Since the room doesn't offer much space, there's a shared nice living room with a couch area, a dining table and a big roof window overseeing the quite side of the building.
The flat is very quiet and I like to keep it that way since I work at home.
We have a separate WC and the bathroom with shower is behind the kitchen. The kitchen has a nice window that gives light and fresh air.
The flat is on the 5th floor and there's an elevator that reaches the 4th floor - so we get a free exercise on the last set of stairs ;)
The flat is next to the Tram station Laurenzgasse (1, 62, Badnerbahn), 1min away there's a stop of 12A bus and 3min away stop of the 14A bus. It takes 15min to reach Karlsplatz. There's also a Citybike station nearby.
Very close we have 2 Billas, Interspar, normal Spar, a DM and a turkish shop that opens on Sundays.
I am a pianist and I practice very often at home, so it would be ideal if you like classical music. I do have headphones for my piano though and I can keep it quiet if absolutely necessary. I'm getting up early and go to bed usually at a reasonable time unless I have concerts. I'm also traveling for work quite often and my schedule tends to get pretty chaotic, but I keep order in the flat. What is important for me is: cleanliness, respect, good communication with my flatmate. I assume we would be sharing cleaning duties, but I prefer to keep separate households in terms of food (spices and oil can be shared, of course).
My hobbies are: good movies, nature, literature, going to concerts.
To sum it up - I'm a friendly, but busy person, I believe that a WG can work if we both respect each other's needs and communicate.
My mother language is Spanish, I work most of the time alternating between English and German, but I can also speak French.
