I am subletting my big room in our beautiful Altbau-apartment for one months because I am out of town until the beginning of March.
The room is fully furnished (bed, sofa, shelf, desk, reading chair, carpets, ect..) has fast internet and everything else you need for living... plus two super nice roommates! There is also a big 4k-TV with Apple TV available for you. :)
Furthermore the flat has a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
timeframe: 1st of Feb. - 1st of March 2018
rent: €400,- (all inclusive)
The locatin of the flat is very central. With the tram it's just 5 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof and about 10 minutes to Karlsplatz/Opera. There is also a direct connection to the Main University and the Technical University of Vienna
In February the life in the flat ist usually quite calm. Your flatmates, Christoph (26) and Bernhard (27), are very funny and openminded guys.
