A small, but comfortable room in the 5th Bezirk. The room is 13 square meters with access to the kitchen and the shower, and the bathroom. Furniture is included in the rent.
The windows in the entire apartment have been replaced in the last year, which has allowed the apartment to be particularly well insulated, and doesn't require much heating in the winter months.
Kitchen accessories are available for use, along with the dishwasher, and washing machine.
The apartment is very well connected, with two bus stops that are directly in front of the door (59A & 14A stop Reinprechsdorferstrasse/Arbeitergasse.) The U4 station Pilgrimgasse is 7 minutes away by foot, or reachable with 2 stops on both bus lines. Karlzplatz is roughly 15 minutes away with the bus or Ubahn, and Neubaugasse/Mariahilferstrasse is about 10 minutes away with the 14A
The WG has a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for students and working people. One roommate is a dancer, and the other works for a company in Vienna, but travels quite often. The dancer is vegan, so vegans & vegetarians are especially welcome. :)
Both roommates are particularly open and friendly. Both speak German and English fluently.
