In unserer 3er WG ist ein 20m² großes Zimmer ab sofort bis Ende September frei, danach wird die WG leider aufgelöst. Allerdings besteht dann die Möglichkeit, die Hauptmiete der Wohnung zu übernehmen.
Das freie Zimmer ist sehr hell und möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank.

A big, bright room is available in our 3-people-shared flat until end of September. After that, we 2 are moving out, but there the possibility to take over the lease of the whole flat.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hell und liegt im 5. Bezirk nahe U4 Margaretengürtel, auch der Bus 59A (15 min zur Oper) und Strassenbahnlinien 6 bzw 18 sind nahe. Badewanne, separates WC, großes Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine und 2 nette Mitbewohner sind vorhanden :).

The whole flat is very nice and bright. Its located in 5th district, 7 minutes from metro station U4 Margaretengürtel, also Bus 59A (15 min to the opera) and tram lines 6 & 18 are close. We have a bath tub, a separate toilet, a big living room, a washing machine and two nice flat mates :).
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du nicht nur pünktlich die Miete zahlst und halbwegs ordentlich bist :), sondern auch gemeinsamen Aktivitäten (wie zb. Kochen, Brettspiele spielen, Filme schauen, was trinken gehen usw.) nicht abgeneigt bist.
