Wir sind:
Peter, 24, kommt aus dem Salzkammergut, studiert Film an der Bildenden. Er arbeitet selbständig an seinen Filmen und ist ein sehr umgänglicher und offener Mensch.

Thomas, auch 24 und aus Linz. Er ist einer der besten Barkeeper in der Stadt. Er kann supergute Drinks mixen und ist ein sehr lustiger, geselliger und freundlicher Charakter.
Wir suchen:
Eine liebe und ordentliche Person, die mein Zimmer von Juli bis Oktober übernehmen möchte.
Die Wohnung ist ein sehr schöner sanierter Altbau. Hohe Wände. Große neue Fenster, die geräusch-undurchlässig sind. Sie liegt im 2. Stock und ist mit dem Lift erreichbar.
Weiters enthält die Wohnung:
Neue Küche,
Badewanne und Dusche,
Waschmaschine,
Geschirrspüler,
Zwei Fernseher.
WLan
Weiters ist eine Haushaltsversicherung inkludiert. !
Dein Raum ist 25 groß, komplett eingerichtet. Das wichtigste ist wohl das Bett und der Schreibtisch. Du kannst auch meinen Computer und Drucker benützen. Das Zimmer liegt westseitig und ist sehr hell.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Wiedner Hauptstrasse, sehr gut an das öffentliche Netz angebunden. (1 min zur Laurenzgasse. und 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof)
Ein Spätkauf und ein Billa liegen direkt gegenüber von der Wohnung, ein Hofer ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
