In offer to rent a 20m2 room in 70m2 apartment. Room is furnished:
· Double bed
· Coffee table
· 2 nightstands
· Sofa
And hanger for clothes (as visible in pictures)
The apartment is located in 5th district. 7 min walk to Hauptbahnhof. Good communication with transport. Around are shops like Billa, Interspar, DM.
The price per month is EUR 285 + bills: Electricity + gas is approximately EUR 50 each 3 months and EUR 10 internet per month.
The deposit for the room is EUR 550 and EUR 100 for furniture.
Looking for a girl who would like to rent this room.

P.S I prefer to speak in English, as my German knowledge is not yet so strong, however, I understand, but it is for me complicated to speak it.
Very close to Hauptbahnhof (aprx.7 min walking distance) closest metro station is 7 min walking distance. 5min till tram station. Very easy to communicate to other districts.
Around is shops like Billa, Interspar DM. Only two metro stations to Karlsplatz. Easy to get to SCS as well.
In apartment you would live with two other girls. Both of the girls are working. Looking for a person who is communicable, both girls speak fluently German and English.
Both of them Bulgarian. Very friendly and communicable, who likes to share their life stories through a nice cup of coffee.

Possible visiting time to see in life is workingdays after 6PM and weekdays.
