In unserer frisch renovierten (gestrichen, neues Bad, neue Küche und z.T. neue Böden) Altbau-WG wird Ende August ein WG Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben, hat ca 14 m² und wird mit einem ca. 8m2 großem Kabinett (perfekt für z.B. begehbaren Kleiderschrank oder TV-Zimmer) vermietet.
Die gesamte Wohnung misst 112 m² und ist mit einer neuen Küche sowie einem großen Bad, separatem WC und sehr großem Eingangsbereich ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer darfst du nach eigenen Wünschen einrichten werden und die restliche Wohnung hat alles an technischen Geräten, Möbeln, Geschirr usw. was man für den Haushalt braucht.
Es gibt im Innenhof einen Fahrradabstellplatz sowie in kleines Kellerabteil.

The room is unfurnished, has 14 m² and is rented out with an additional small room with 8m2, which can be used for a closet or a tv room for example.
The flat has in total 112 m², providing a big bath room, seperate toilet, very big entrance area, and a kitchen, which is ulized with all the equipment necessary. Additionally, there's a cellar compartment and a place for your bike available.
While you can furnish the room according to your own wishes, the remaining flat offers everything needed (e.g. washing machine, dish washer, dishes, ...)
Die Wohnung lieg in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof, U1, 1er und 18er Bim, 35a Bus etc. und ist somit sehr gut an das öffentliche Netz angebunden.
Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Hofer, Interspar, Bhf-Spar der auch am Sonntag und bis 23 Uhr offen hat) sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
The flat is located at the boarder between the 5th and 4th district, being in walking distance to the tram number 1 and 18, bus 35a, metro U1, the central station, etc.
There are multiple grocery shops in the area nearby (Hofer, Spar, Interspar, Billa).
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit Gabriel (24) und Benjamin (27).
Gabriel hat letztes Jahr seinen Bachelor in Volkswirtschaft absolviert, arbeitet derzeit und wird (voraussichtlich ;)) im Herbst seinen Master an der WU beginnen. Zusätzlich spielt er in seiner Freizeit Fußball.
Benjamin hat Jus studiert und absolviert derzeit sein Gerichtsjahr.
Die Beiden sind die unkompliziertesten Mitbewohner, die man sich vorstellen kann und unternehmen sehr gerne was miteinander. Man geht öfter mal zusammen feiern, auf die Donauinsel, spielt Tischtennis, etc. Es handelt sich daher um keine Zweck WG und das sollte auch sehr gerne so bleiben.
Als Krönung bringt unsere liebe Nachbarin jeden Sonntag Kuchen vorbei.
You'll share the flat with Gabriel (24) and Benjamin (27).
Gabriel finished his Bachelor studies in economics last year and is currently working. He considers to do his masters this fall onwards. Additionally, he plays football (soccer).
Benjamin studied law and is working at court at the moment.
Both of them are not only super nice but also very uncomplicated. They like to do stuff together in their spare time and would highly appreciate a flat mate, who is willing to undertake things with them, too.
Für diverse Ausgaben (Küche, Schlüsselanfertigung usw.) ist noch eine Abstandszahlung von ca. 600€ fällig.
For diverse expenses (kitchen, key production etc.) there is a one-time-payment of about 600€ necessary.
