The Wiedner Hauptstraße is around 5 minutes away with enough bars and restaurants to keep you occupied, there's a Spar in the ground floor of the building that is even reachable through the garage (great for rainy days!) The tram takes around 10 minutes to get to Karlsplatz.
We are siblings, both chefs, (which can mean getting home quite late), working full time. We came to Austria 6/7 years ago and although English is our native language, we are both more or less fluent in German as well. As you can imagine, we like to have a place to relax, both alone, and with friends over a beer or more. When we do have free time, we love to try out new recipes in our own kitchen, which is a great advantage if you’re looking to expand your palate.
Yiannis (21) likes to dance at EVERY club or bar he’s in, also goes to the gym sometimes, and explores Vienna on a regular basis.
Maria (25) likes to dance as well, read, make bad jokes, go swimming and out to eat, and generally relax, whether on the Donauinsel or on our own balcony.
Our idea of the apartment is for it to feel like a home, where everyone is comfortable to hang out with each other as they like. Cleanliness is important to us, but not to a point that it becomes an obsession. A fair cleaning plan would take care of most problems.
We are looking for someone who is clean, communicative, mature, responsible, and respectful of the apartment. We would prefer someone who also works.
No racism, no sexism, no homophobia.
There's a reservable sauna in the building!
Pics are of the owner's furniture from before. At the moment the apartment is empty.
We also move in on 1.2, but we will have the keys by the middle of January to show the apartment.
The apartment is befristet auf 5 jahre, also 2023, nicht 2021, there wasn't an option to enter that!
