Schweren Herzens gebe ich mein Zimmer in unserer WG am Margaretenplatz auf. Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang Jänner 2020 frei, kann aber nach Vereinbarung auch früher übernommen werden.
Das Zimmer (ca 10m²) befindet sich im ersten Stock der Maisonette-Wohnung und verfügt über 1 Fenster in eine recht ruhige Seitengasse (Einbahnstraße, daher kaum Verkehr).
Die vorhandenen Möbel verbleiben im Zimmer – die Ablöse sind 450 €.

My room in our shared flat directly located on Margaretenplatz will be free from beginning of January (earlier moving-in is also possible).
The room (around 11 m²) is in the first floor of the duplex apartment and has 1 windows facing to a small street, so there is only few traffic.
Existing furniture (see fotos) will stay in the room – transfer fee is 450 €.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Sigi (29, aus dem Mostviertel, sportlicher Jurist), Paul (23, aus Frankreich, sportlich und unternehmungslustiger, arbeitet im e-commerce) und Pablo (25, aus Spanien). Da alle Mitbewohner berufstätig - und keine Studenten mehr - sind , ist die WG keine Party-WG. Dennoch soll die WG keine reine "Zweck-WG" werden und gemeinsame Aktivitäten (gemeinsames Kochen, Sport ect) sind Teil des WG-Lebens.

Your potential future roomies are Sigi (29, from Lower Austria, sportive and easy going lawyer), Paul (23, from France, sportive joung professional, active and traveller) and Pablo (25, from Spain). All flatmates are no students anymore, so parties in the flat are not too frequent anymore. Nevertheless, we all like to do activities together (cooking, sports, ect.) and we would like to keep that vibe of friendship and common activities in the flat.
