Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert (geräumiges Einbauregal, Bettgestell mit Lattenrost (140x200 cm) und Schrank), 8,65 m2 groß, mit einer Raumhöhe von 3,60m und liegt Richtung Innenhof. Es verfügt über einen eigenen Kabelanschluss.
Die Küche (mit Geschirrspüler) ist bereits voll ausgestattet, Bad und WC sind in der Wohnung vorhanden und getrennt voneinander. Das Bad verfügt über Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Viel Platz haben wir im gemeinsamen hellen Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Fernseher und großer Couch.
Die Nettomiete beträgt 320€. Hinzu kommen 80€, die alle Betriebs- und Nebenkosten inkludieren (Strom, Müll, Internet, Haushaltsversicherung, usw.)
The room is around 8.6 square meters, furnished with a shelf, bed (140 cm) and wardrobe. The room has its own cable connection. The 400€ already include all operating costs (electricity, garbage, internet, household insurance, etc.). For shared use there is a kitchen (with dishwasher), bathroom (with bath and washing machine/tumble dryer) and a large, bright living and dining room.
Die Wohnung ist zwischen Museumsquartier und Karlsplatz gelegen und so sind mehrere U-Bahnstationen mit den U-Bahnlinien 1, 2, 3 und 4 fußläufig innerhalb weniger Gehminuten erreichbar: Museumsquartier (2 min, U2), Karlsplatz (10 min, U1, U2, U4) und Volkstheater (10 min, U2, U3)
Naschmarkt und die Mariahilfer-Straße befinden sich ums Eck. Die TU und die Akademie der bildenden Künste sind zu Fuß, die Uni Wien mit der U-Bahn schnell erreichbar.
The apartment is located between MuseumsQuartier and Karlsplatz and several underground stations (Museumsquartier, Karlsplatz and Volkstheater) are reachable within a few minutes. The nearest subway station is at Museumsquartier (U2). The Naschmarkt and Mariahilfer Straße are around the corner. The Vienna University of Technology, and the Academy of Fine Arts are just a short walking distance away, but the other universities are also easy to reach with the subway.
Wir sind ein Paar aus Vorarlberg und wohnen seit 2014 in Wien.
Ein paar Infos zu Alexander:
Berufsbedingt ist er "Teilzeit-Mitbewohner", also nur jede zweite Woche in Wien. Er macht dann Homeoffice von unserem Zimmer aus.
Und ein paar zu Sophia:
Sie studiert Multimedia an der Graphischen in Wien und ist 2012 auf den Hund gekommen. Bei uns wohnt also auch Ally, eine 5 Jahre alte Shetland-Sheepdog-Hündin, die sich über zusätzliche Streicheleinheiten von Dir sicher freuen wird!
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir abends ab und zu mal gemeinsam kochen und essen oder etwas unternehmen, sind aber auch nicht beleidigt, wenn Du seine Ruhe haben möchtest.
Gäste sind natürlich auch willkommen, nur große Parties müssen wir nach draußen verlegen – wir verstehen uns gut mit den Nachbarn und so soll's auch bleiben ;)

We are a couple from Vorarlberg and are living in Vienna since 2014.
Some informations about Alexander:
Due to his job he is "part-time-flatmate" and spends only every second week in Vienna. He is doing home office during this time.
Some informations about Sophia:
She studies Multimedia at the Graphische in Vienna and enjoys her leisure time with her dog: 5 year old Shetland Sheepdog, Ally, who is always looking forward for somebody to pet her.
We are looking forward to occasional cooking events, eating together or spending some nice evenings together, but it's completely okay if you want some rest.
Guest are very welcome, but big parties are not possible in our flat - we have a good connection to our neighbors, and would like to keep it ;)
