In der Wohnung wird 1 Zimmer frei, daher suche ich eine/n nette/n unkomplizierte/n MitbewohnerIn.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ca.90m² groß. Das frei werdende Zimmer 25m² ist großzügig und hell geschnitten, Süd-West orientiert und in bestem Zustand.
Neue Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und I-net (Kabelmodems mit einem Wireless Access) sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

In the apartment 1 room will be free and I hope you will be the right flatmate. =)
The apartment itself is pretty large, approx. 900 m² (1077 ft2). The free room - 25m² (270ft2) is bright, south-west oriented, has modern furniture and in great condition.
A new washing machine, dishwasher and I-net (cable modem with WIFI access) is provided.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Haltstelle Pilgramgasse - Linie U4 ist ca. 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Weitere Verkehrslinien in unmittelbarer Umgebung: 13A; 14A; 57A; 12A; N58; N60; N71. Aber auch Laufen lässt es sich gemütlich.
Die Mariahilferstraße ist ca. 10 Min. entfernt, zur Naschmarkt 5 Min. und TU Wien und Karlsplatz sind es max. 15 Min. zu Fuß.
Guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa, Spar, DM, BIPA, Anker, McDonald‘s und Trafik sind alle um die Ecke.

The apartment is located very central. Metro Station - Pilgramgasse - U4 is just 2 minutes walk . More traffic lines around the Metro Station are: 13A ; 14A ; 57A ; 12A ; N58 ; N60 ; N71 .
The Mariahilfer Straße is about 10 min walk. Away , the Naschmarkt 5 min . , And Vienna University of Technology and Karlsplatz are max . 15 min. walk.
Good shopping are : Billa, Spar , DM , BIPA , Anker , McDonald's and tobacco shops are all around the corner .
Very safe and surrounded with young people Area!
I had lead very private and social -life at the same time and it works great!
Modern, open-minded and world-oriented people are very welcome here!
As a friend, I am loyal and fair, As a person I'm compassionate, intuitive and emotional, too. I can be the life of the party sometimes and draw a lot of people in. =) Lastly, very aware of the what's and the why's of humanity and life in general. I am an architect and It is incredible, that architecture can take me so far. I received a title Miss best spirit on European level, too.. ;o)

the room is comfortable in an sophisticated apartment with a full size couch, working desk, chair for reading
and queen size bed (a new and clean bed sheets and towels can be provided by request)
The bathroom with shower has high pressure water and the big window is great for natural ventilation and daylight. The kitchen is fully equipped.
Lage | Location
Great Location, the best public connection with day and night buses during the week, because the metro works 24h on the weekends.
