Dein Zimmer das ab Mitte März frei wird ist 12 qm groß und sehr hell. Dadurch es in den Innenhof schaut ist es auch recht ruhig, trotz sehr zentraler Lage. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet: wir haben eine große Küche mit einem Geschirrspüler, Herd, Backofen, Kühl-und Gefrierkombi, Mini-Bücherschrank zum Zeitvertreiben und eine kleine Couch. Das Bad ist groß und hat eine riesige Dusche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Bezirk und hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa, Hofer (ca. 7min entfernt), ein kleiner Imbiss der auch Sonntags offen hat) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Cafes/Bars/Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Direkt vor dem Haus hält die Linie 57A. Die U3, U4 und U6 sind aber auch nicht weit weg. Vorm Haus kann Dein Fahrrad abgestellt werden.
In der WG wohnen Mirjam, Katia und Robert. Sie arbeiten und studieren alle und sind total liebe, entspannte, kommunikative Menschen. Ab und zu unternehmen wir was gemeinsam, sei es kochen, dumpstern oder einfach nur ein Bierchen/Weinchen bei uns in der Küche, draußen am Kirchplatz oder im MQ trinken.
Eventuell können Möbel übernommen werden.
