DAS ZIMMER ist hell, hofseitig, 18m2 groß und hat ein selbstgebautes Hochbett (3m*2,3m, weniger eigentlich ein Hochbett als eine ins Zimmer eingezogene Ebene, die man genauso gut als Stauraum nutzen kann). Es ist ruhig und frisch gestrichen. Beste Lage in Wien.

We are looking for a new roommate! Long term!
THE BRIGHT ROOM is located on courtyard side, 18m2 large and has a self-built loft bed (3m*2.3m, less a loft bed actually, more another room level, which can be used as well as storage space). The room is quiet and freshly painted.
DIE WOHNUNG ist etwa 100m2 groß und sehr schön. Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine, Gang, Balkon, WiFi, alles da! Jugendstil-Haus mit Portier, beste Lage nähe U2 und U4, zwischen Naschmarkt und Museumsquartier, Topkino, Café Sperl, Ramien, Billa und Spar - alles um die Ecke. Eine Putzkraft reinigt die Wohnung alle zwei Wochen.
THE APARTMENT is about 100m2 and is very nice. Kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, hallway, balcony, WiFi, everything is there! Art Nouveau house with concierge, best location near U2 and U4, between Naschmarkt and Museumsquartier, topkino, Café Sperl, Ramien, Billa and Spar - all around the corner.
DU bist mindestens 28 Jahre alt und arbeitest schon. Jede Nationalität und jede Profession ist willkommen, Ordentlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit ein Muss. Wir freuen uns, wenn du nicht rauchst. Wir sind keine Party-WG! Haben aber eine gute Bar im Erdgeschoß. Wir, eine Tänzerin, eine Journalistin, ein Regisseur, freuen uns auf eure Zuschriften mit kurzer Vorstellung.
YOU are at least 28 years old and are employed. Every nationality and every profession is welcome, orderliness and reliability a must. No smoking. This in so not a party flat share! Eine Reinigungskraft reinigt die Wohnung nach Vereinbarung ca. alle 2 Wochen, wobei wir die Kosten von ca. 40€ jeweils teilen.
A cleaning staff cleans the apartment every two weeks. We share the cost.
