da ich bald von Wien wegziehe, suche ich ein Nachmieter/ eine Nachmieterin für mein schönes Zimmer im 6. Bezirk. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Naschmarkt und in nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Mariahilfer-Straße, sowie das MQ. Die U-bahnsatition Kettenbrückengasse ist nur 100m entfernet. Gute Anbindung bietet auch die Buslinie 57A und 13A, die in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa, Hofer, DM, Bipa) sind auch nur in wenigen Gehminuten gegeben.
Zur Einrichtung: Die Wohnung verfügt über eine nette Küche, mit Spülmaschine, einen Abstellraum, Bad mit getrenntem WC, einen großzügigen Gang, sowie drei getrennt begehbare Zimmer.
Die Miete beträgt pauschal 480€ ohne weitere Nebenkosten. Ich gebe mein Zimmer möbliert weiter, über den Preis sprechen wir bei der Besichtigung.
In der Wohnung wohnen zurzeit zwei Studentinnen, 23 und 25. Meggy (23) studiert an der WU Wien und Franzi studiert Theater, Film und Medien an der Hauptuni. Beide kommen aus Südtirol, sind sehr offen und freundlich. Wir kochen gerne zusammen und verbringen mal einen Filmabend gemeinsam.
Für meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen suche ich einen netten Nachmieter/ nette Nachmieterin.

Hi,
I am looking for a new tenant for my lovely room in Vienna, Mariahilf. The room is generous and I would lease it completely furnished.
My current housemates are 23 and 25 years old. Both girls are studying. Meggy is studying Business & Economics, whereas Franzi is studying Theater, Film and Media at the main university.
Rent is 480€ with utilities.
The apartment is only a few meters from the famous Naschmarkt, as well as Maria-Hilferstraße and MQ. You can find plenty for shopping possibilities and also public transports are reachable only a few meters from the apartment.
