Da Ines für einige Monate ins Ausland gehen wird, wird ihr Zimmer in unserer geräumigen und hellen 2er-WG frei.
Die WG ist vollausgestattet, du kannst also sofort einziehen und brauchst absolut nichts mitzunehmen. Alle Möbel bleiben zu deiner Verwendung in der Wohnung.
Du kannst Ende Juni einziehen, das Auszugsdatum ist flexibel wählbar (zwischen Ende Dezember 2018 und Ende Februar 2019).
- Schlafzimmer (18m²): großes Bett, große Kommode, großer Kleiderschrank, großer Schreibtisch, Schminktisch, Bücherregal
- Küche: vollausgestattet inkl. Geschirrspüler
- Wohn-Esszimmer: großer Esstisch für 6 Personen, große Couch & TV; bietet viel Platz, um die eine oder andere Party inkl. Beer Pong zu veranstalten ;)
- WC und Bad (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine) sind separat
- Abstellkammer und Kellerabteil

Hey everyone!
As Ines will spend several months abroad, her room in our roomy and bright shared apartment will be unoccupied from end of June 2018.
Our flat is fully equipped, so you needn't bring any furniture etc. with you. Our furniture will stay in the apartment so you can use it.
You can move in at the end of June 2018, moving out is flexible (between end of December 2018 and end of February 2019).
- Bedroom (18m²): large bed, large dresser, large wardrobe, large study desk, dressing table, bookshelf.
- Kitchen: fully equipped incl. dishwasher
- Living & dining room: large table for 6, huge couch and TV; offers enough space for throwing parties (incl. beer pong) ;)
- Toilet & bathroom (incl. bathtub and washing machine) are separate
- Storage room and cellar compartment
Die Wohnung (94m², 6. Bezirk) liegt im 1. Liftstock; sehr sehr ruhige Lage (kein Straßenlärm), perfekt angebunden an die Öffis (U4 Pilgramgasse, U3 Zieglergasse, einige Buslinien), Post und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Mariahilfer Straße sowie das Apollo-Kino sind zu Fuß innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Auch der Westbahnhof, der Bahnhof Meidling, der Naschmarkt und das Museumsquartier sind mit einem kurzen Spaziergang (oder mit den Öffis) schnell zu erreichen.

The flat (94m², 6th district) is on the 1st floor (with elevator), extremely calm (no traffic noise), perfectly served by public transport (U4 Pilgramgasse, U3 Zieglergasse, several bus lines), post office and shopping possibilities of any kind within 3 minutes, Mariahilfer Straße and a cinema are within max. 10 minutes by foot. Also, Westbahnhof, Bahnhof Meidling, Naschmarkt and Museumsquartier are reachable with a short walk (or public transport).
Zum Thema Party gleich eines vorweg: deine Mitbewohnerin ist Jessi, sie studiert und arbeitet nebenbei. Deshalb sind wir auf der Suche nach jemandem, der nicht tagtäglich Parties in der WG veranstaltet. An Wochenenden ist es aber grundsätzlich kein Problem. Außerdem sind wir eine Nichtraucher-WG!

Regarding parties, we would like to point out, that your roommate will be Jessi, who is studying and working part time. Therefore, we are searching for someone who does not throw parties on a daily basis. On weekends, this of course is usually not a problem. Furthermore, we are non-smokers!
Die Miete beträgt 520€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten (WLAN, TV, Heizung, Strom, Wasser).
Da die Wohnung sehr feminin eingerichtet ist, und Sauberkeit für uns sehr wichtig ist, würden wir eine weibliche Untermieterin bevorzugen; wir nehmen aber auch sehr gerne einen männlichen Untermieter in unsere WG auf, wenn du zu uns passt.

Monthly rent is 520€, utilities included (WIFI, TV, heating, electricity, water).
As the flat is decorated in a quite feminine way and cleanliness is very important to us, we would prefer a female tenant, but of course, a male tenant is also warmly welcomed in our flat, if you're good match.
