Schön, dass du Interesse am Zimmer hast oder zumindest schon mal am Inserat...
Das Zimmer hat ca 13qm und ein stabiles Hochbett, was es effektiv zu einem 18qm Zimmer macht. Das Fenster geht südseitig raus zur Wilhelmstraße, aber dank der Isolierverglasung wirds nicht zu heiß im Sommer.
Die Wohnung ist saniert, Altbau mit Fischgrät-Parkettboden, fast 4 m hoch und insgesamt 112 qm groß. Außerdem haben wir zwei kleine Balkone (süd- & nordseitig) die wir, je nach Wetter, auch gerne zum Frühstücken oder zum Sonnen nutzen. Weitere unschlagbare Extras sind unser großzügiger Eingangsbereich, der Fahrradkeller, unser Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine sowie das geräumige Badezimmer mit Dusche UND Badewanne.
Wir haben auch eine heimelige Stube mit einer Couch und Esstisch. Hier treffen wir uns immer wieder geplant und noch öfter zufällig, unterhalten uns über ernste oder weniger ernste Dinge, vergessen dabei die Zeit, hören Musik,...
Da wir z.T berufstätig sind, haben wir teilweise unterschiedliche Tagesrhythmen, umso wichtiger sind uns diese gemeinsamen Momente. Wir suchen nach jemandem mit dem sich diese angenehm verbringen lassen. Wichtig ist im Endeffekt, dass die Chemie passt.

The room has about 13sqm and a stable loft bed, which makes it effectively to a 18sqm room. The window looks south to the Wilhelmstraße but thanks to the double glazing is not too hot in the summer.
The apartment is renovated, old building with herringbone parquet floor, almost 4 m high and a total of 112 square meters. In addition, we have two small balconies (south & north side) which we use also for breakfast or for sunbathing. Other unbeatable extras are our spacious entrance area, the bicycle cellar, our dishwasher, a washing machine and the spacious bathroom with shower AND bathtub.
We also have a cozy living room with a couch and dining table. Here we meet sometimes planned, more often by chance, talk about serious or less serious things, forget the time, listen to music, ...
Since we are partly working, we sometimes have different rhythms the more important are these shared moments. We are looking for someone with whom to spend these. Most important to us is the chemistry!
Die Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet angebunden: S-Bahnknotenpunkt Bhf. Meidling, U6, Fernverkehr und Bim 62, Badner Bahn, Bus 59 A) sind max. 5 Minuten entfernt und jegliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte und der Meidlinger Markt) sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.

The apartment is well connected: S-Bahn station Bhf. Meidling, U6, long-distance traffic and Bim 62, Badner train, bus 59 A) are max. 5 minutes away and all shopping possibilities (supermarkets and the Meidlinger market) are within walking distance.
