ich vermiete mein geliebtes Zimmer in unserer wunderbaren 7er WG im Juli, da ich nicht in Wien sein werde.
Ich bin auch ein bisschen flexibel, wenn du also ein paar Tage früher oder später ein-/ausziehen möchtest, bin auf jeden Fall bereit darüber zu reden ;)

...teilmöbliert (Hochbett mit Matratze 1,40x2m, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl, Regal, großer Spiegel, improvisierte Kleiderstange, Truhe)

I'm renting my beloved room in our wonderful shared flat (7 people in total) for the month of July, because I wont be in Vienna. I am generally a little flexible about the periode, so if you want to stay/leave a few days earlier or later, I'm open for negotiations ;)

The flat is located directly next to Schönbrunn Gardens and Palace (must-see-sight in Vienna and nice plays to hang out when the weather is fine ;) in the street: Grünbergstraße.

Wir sind eine buntgemischte 7er Wg, die mittlerweile seit fast 2,5 Jahren (natürlich nicht immer ganz in der selben Konstellation) existiert. Momentan wohnen hier Andi (Kultur- u. Sozialantropologie, 23), Lea (Kultur- u. Wasserwirtschaft, 25), Maher (Bauingenieur, 24), Odai (Pharmazie, 24), Kathi (Medizin, 23), Kasi (Elektriker, 30) und ich (Anna, Medizin 23). Allerdings sieht's im Sommer immer ein bisschen anders aus, da viele von uns auf Urlaub fahren, nachhause fahren, irgendwo irgendwelche Praktika machen usw. Maher und Odai werden auf jeden Fall in Wien sein und alle anderen wissen teils selbst noch nicht so genau wo sie im Juli sein werden bzw. wieviel sie in Wien sein werden. Wie das WG-Leben dann sein wird, kann ich also nicht genau sagen, aber aus Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass es vermutlich eher ruhiger, mit gelegentlichen Treffen in der Küche, gemeinsamen Essen oder Biertrinken (natürlich nur wenn man Lust darauf hat) ablaufen wird.
Natürlich muss auch Ordnung sein.. deswegen haben wir einen Putzplan an den sich jeder zu halten hat.

We are Kathi, Andi, Odai, Lea, Kasi, Maher and me, Anna!
Since I wont be in Vienna, I'll rent my beloved room in our 214m² large flat for the month of july.
Most of us wont be constantly in Vienna as we have vacations and everybody will obviously at some point be travelling, doing an internship somewhere else or whatsoever. So it is hard to anticipate how it is going to be in july. But from experience I can tell that it's probably gonna be rather a quiet living together with occasional meetings in the kitchen, maybe cooking, or having a beer together (of course only if you want, that's not an obligation! ;) ).
For the cleaning, we have a cleaning plan everyone has to stick to.
