Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, unmöbiliert, hat ein Hochbett und ist ab 1.11 beziehbar. Für das Hochbett fällt eine Ablöse von 150€ an. Die renovierte Altbauwohnung selbst ist ca 112qm,sie besteht aus 4 einzeln begehbaren WG-Zimmern, einer Küche mit genug Platz zum Zusammensitzen, einem Bad, einem separaten WC und kleinem Abstellraum.

The monthly rent-270 already includes costs for electricity, wifi, gas, water, etc. and the deposit is 730 euros The appartment is near the U6/U4 Längenfeldgasse and a lot of other public transport options- tram 6/18/Badner Bahn. All Universities are within close reach, the bus number 59A takes you to the Vienna University of Technology in about 12 min. Also, the city center is reachable in about 15 minutes by foot. Near the flat there are a lot of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and also some parks.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 12. Bezirk, Die U4 und U6 Station Längenfeldgasse ist zu Fuß in 8 min zu erreichen, mit der Buslinie 59A (2 min von dem Haustür entfernt) ist man für 12 min am Karlsplatz. Die Straßenbahnlinien 6 und 18, 62 und der Badner Bahn sind in 4 min zu erreichen. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe.
Es geht um eine neue WG Gründung. Die WG teilst du dir mit drei netten & lustigen Mädls.
