Ich vermiete mein wunderschoenes, sonniges 15 m2-Zimmer ab 25.Februar bis Anfang April. Es befindet sich in einer der tollsten Haus-WGs Wiens!! Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kasten und Couchsessel. Der Preis fuer den angegebenen Zeitraum waere 200 € inklusive Betriebskosten. I rent out my beautiful, sunny 15 m2-room from 25th of february till 1th of April. It is in one of the most awesome shared houses of Vienna!! Unser Haus liegt im 12. Bezirk in Hetzendorf, es gibt die S-Bahnstation Hetzendorf in unmittelbarer Naehe (1 Sbahnstation von Meidling) bzw. auch mit dem Bus 62A und Straßenbahn 62 ist man in 7 Minuten beim Bahnhof Meidling.
ENGLISH:
Our house is in the 12th district in Hetzendorf. The S-Bahn-Station Hetzendorf is quite close (from there one stop to the train/metro station Meidling. Also with the tram 62 or the bus 62A you reach the train station Meidling in a few minutes.
GERMAN:
Wir leben in einer Gemeinschaft von 10 Personen, 2 Hühnern und 2 Kuschel-Katzen, in einem 200 m2 großen Haus mit 500 m2 Gartenfläche und einer Kletterwand im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben 2 Wohnzimmer (mit Kachelofen, Klavier und Pizzaofen), Kueche, zwei Badezimmer, zwei Toiletten und einen erholsamen, grossen Garten mit Folientunnel zum Garteln und einer Lagerfeuerstelle.
Wir sind in unterschiedlichen politischen, kuenstlerischen und sozialen Bereichen unterwegs (u.A. solidarische Landwirtschaft, Tanzpaedagogik, Koerpertheater und Clownerie, Soziale Arbeit). Wir kochen, klettern,tanzen, jammen und feiern viel gemeinsam, aber es gibt auch genug Rueckzugsraeume wenn man es lieber ruhig hat. Gerne kann man sich auch an der gemeinsamen vegan/vegetarischen Lebensmittel-Beschaffung beteiligen (ca. 30 €/Monat) wenn man mag.
ENGLISH:
We live ın a community of 10 people, 2 chickens and 2 sweet cats, in a 200 m2-house with 600 m2 garden area and a climbing wall in one of the living rooms. We have two living rooms (with a cosy oven, piano and pizza oven), a kitchen, two bath rooms, two toilets and a wonderful big garden and a campfire place.
We are active in different political, artistic and social areas (for example community supported agriculture, dance pedagogics, body theater and clownery, social work). We cook, clımb, dance, party and jam a lot together but there is also enough space if you prefer a rather calm living atmosphere. If you want you can take part in our collective vegan/vegetarian food purchase (about 30 euro/month).
