Hallo! Ich vermiete mein sehr helles, gemütliches 14m² großes Zimmer. Es ist hofseitig (Richtung Westen) und sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Hof befindet sich ein kleiner Garten mit wunderschönen hohen Bäumen und Blumen. Neben dem Zimmer stehen Gemeinschaftsküche, Bad und getrenntes Klo zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist im 1. Stock.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben (siehe Fotos), dafür würde ich eine Kaution von 400€ verlangen. Bei den Möbeln sind Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderkasten und sämtliche Regale - also eine komplette Einrichtung - dabei. Die Einrichtung ist aus hellem Holz und sehr freundlich. Die Kaution wird nach Ende des Mietverhältnisses bei Unversehrtheit der Möbel retourniert.

Hello! I am letting my light and cozy, 14sqm room. The house has a courtyard which you will be looking at directly from the room. That's why it is very quiet and you'll have a perfect view on the nice garden with trees and flowers. Apart from the room, the flat consists of kitchen, bathroom and separate toilette. The flat is situated on the first floor.
The room will be handed over with furniture (see the pictures), for which I would like to ask you to pay 400€ as financial deposit. The furniture includes bed, desk, wardrobe and several cupboards - so basically everything you need. The furniture is made out of light wood and contributes to the friendly atmosphere of the room. The financial deposit will be returned to you after the end of the tenancy if the furniture is left in an good (= undamaged) condition.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 12. Bezirk (Meidling) in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnviertel, etwa 5 Gehminuten von der Meidlinger Hauptstraße entfernt. Dort gibt es an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles, was das Herz begehrt. Die U4-Station Meidling Hauptstraße sowie die U6-Stationen Bahnhof Meidling und Niederhofstraße sind in weniger als 10 Gehminuten. Vom Bahnhof Meidling fahren außerdem viele S-Bahnen, mit denen man zusätzlich zu den U-Bahnen sehr schnell in und quer durch die Stadt kommt.

The flat is located in the 12th district of Vienna (Meidling) in a very quiet area. Within a 5 minutes' walk you can reach a shopping street "Meidling Hauptstraße", where you can find several shopping facilities. The U4 metro station "Meidling Hauptstraße" and the U6 metro stations "Bahnhof Meidling" and "Niederhofstraße" can be reached in less than 10 minutes walking. Apart from that, you are very well contected to the city-center thanks to the inner-city trains.
Du würdest gemeinsam mit Anna (25) und Miri (20) wohnen, die zwei sehr unkomplizierte und aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerinnen sind und noch studieren. Wir sitzen gerne in der Küchen zusammen und tauschen uns über alles Mögliche aus. Es ist ein sehr ungezwungenes, lockeres Miteinander, bei dem auch jeder viel Raum für sich hat und Privatsphäre und Rückzug respektiert werden.

You would be living in the flat together with Anna (25) and Miri (20), who are still studying and two really easy-going and open-minded flatmates. We enjoy sitting together in the kitchen, chatting about what's going on in our lives. Still, privacy and the wish to be on one's own are absolutely respected.
