Wir haben ein Haus in Wien-Umgebung bereits gefunden, bei dem wir ein gutes Gefühl haben. Es ist ein Einfamilienhaus mit Dachterrasse, Gemeinschaftsräumen, 6 Zimmern, Co-Working-Space, viel Stauraum, Garage, Werkstatt, S-Bahn-Verbindung (20 min nach Wien) und einem großen Wald in Gehweite. Außerdem gibt es einen Garten mit riesigen Bäumen, in dem wir gerne gemeinsam Gemüse & Obst anbauen wollen.🥕


We recently found a house close to Vienna, which gives us a homly feeling. It‘s a single family home including a terrace, communal spaces, 6 rooms, a co-working-space, lots of storage space, a garage, a workshop, train-connection to Vienna within 20 mins and a big forest called Perchtoldsdorfer Heide within 10min walking distance. The property also includes a garden with old trees, in which we‘d love to grow fruits and veggies 🥕

Wir sind Succi, Ben, Vero und Alina und wir wollen eine HausWG in der grünen Wiener Umgebung gründen. Dafür suchen wir noch 2 Menschen, die mit uns in Gemeinschaft leben wollen. Darunter verstehen wir ein kommunikatives, familiäres Verhältnis, in dem wir uns immer wieder offen und ehrlich begegnen. Wir vier kennen uns aus verschiedenen Richtungen und unterschiedlich gut - uns verbindet, dass wir so einen Umgang bereits leben und suchen Menschen, die da auch Lust drauf haben. 😊
Wir freuen uns Menschen zu finden, die mit uns ein gemeinsamen Zuhause schaffen wollen und auch bereit sind, dafür gerne Kapazitäten aufzubringen.
Wir vier sind zwischen 22 und 30 und beschäftigen uns mit Soziologie, Mediation, traumasensibler Lebensweise, Meditation, Landschaftsarchitektur, Tanzen, Contactimprovisation, Schwangerschaft und Geburt, Spüren, Carework, Queerness und Feminismus, Weißsein, Privilegien, Dumpstern, im Wald schlafen und Kochen.


we are Succi, Ben, Vero and Alina and we want to found a living community in the green surroundings of Vienna. For this we are still looking for 2 more people to join our tribe. This means communicative and compassionate relationships, meeting each other regularly in an honest and open way.
The four of us know each other from different directions and on different levels. what connects us, is that we already live this way and we are looking for people, who are eager to join us in this 😊
We are looking forward to finding people alike, who are willing to found a communal living space and bring in capacities.
We are aged 22-30 and focuse around sociology, mediation, traumainformed living, meditation, landscape architecture, movement, contact improvisation, pregnancy and birth, sensing, carework, queerness and feminism, priviliges, being white, dumpstering, being with nature and cooking.

Ein Einzug wäre ab April/Mai möglich und es würde 400 kalt pro Person kosten. Dabei sind wir jedoch offen es solidarisch so aufzuteilen, dass es für alle passt.
Wenn du Interesse spürst, dann meld dich gern bei uns! Auch gerne weiterleiten.
Leider haben wir zur Zeit keinen Zugriff auf weitere Fotos des Hauses, weil die Vermieter*innen gerade auf Reisen sind. Eine Hausbesichtigung ist Anfang März wieder möglich.

Moving in would be possible from April/May on and the rent is around 400€ per person (excl. additional costs). here we are open to split solidly to meet everyone‘s needs.
