In unserer 60 qm großen 2er WG wird Mitte April ein Zimmer frei (Floor-Plan: X). Das Zimmer hat 16 qm und ist zur einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gerichtet. Durch das westseitige Fenster scheint die Sonne herein. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über einen kleinen Schrankraum (separat begehbar, am Plan mit 1 markiert). Dieser kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden. Zum gemeinsamen Wohnbereich zählen weiters die Küche, ein getrenntes Bad (mit Badewanne) und WC , sowie der großzügige Flur mit kleinem Esstisch. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor 5 Jahren renoviert und von uns erstbezogen, der Zustand ist top. Das Zimmer wird nur an eine Person vermietet.
In our 60sqm, 2-person shared-flat, a room will be available from Mid-april. The room (marked with X on the plan) has about 16sqm and is facing the quiet side street. The sun shines in through the west-facing window. The room is rented unfurnished. The apartment also has a small closet room (separately accessible, marked with 1 on the plan). This can of course be shared. The common living area also includes the kitchen, a separate bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet, as well as the spacious hallway with a small dining table. The apartment was renovated only five years ago and first occupied by us, the condition is top. The room is rented to one person only.
Lage:
Die Lage ist das Highlight der Wohnung! Sie befindet sich in der Burggasse (7 Bezirk), direkt hinter dem Museumsquartier, unmittelbar am Spittelberg beim Volkstheater. Sie liegt im 4 Stock (Dachgeschoss), das Haus verfügt über einen Lift.
Zur öffentlichen Anbindung: U3 (Volkstheater), Tram Linie 49, 46 und Linie 48A sind etwa 100 Meter entfernt. Außerdem ist der Burgring in 5 min Gehweite zu erreichen (Linie 1, 2, 71, D und U2Z).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Schräg gegenüber befindet sich ein Spar, weiters sind Hofer, Lidl und Billa etwa 5 min entfernt. Die Wohnung ist zwar aufgrund ihrer Größe nicht für große Parties geeignet, die Ausgehmöglichkeiten im 7 Bezirk sind jedoch vielfältig (z.B. Museumsquartier in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft).
Location:
The location is the highlight of the apartment! It is located in the Burggasse (7 district), directly behind the Museumsquartier, directly on the Spittelberg near the Volkstheater. It is on the 4th floor (attic), the house has an elevator.
To the public connection: U3 (Volkstheater), streetcar line 49, 46 and line 48A are about 100 meters away. In addition, the Burgring is within 5 min walking distance (line 1, 2, 71, D and U2Z).
Shopping facilities: Diagonally opposite is a Spar, furthermore Hofer, Lidl and Billa are about 5 min away. The apartment is not suitable for large parties due to its size, but the nightlife options in the 7 district are diverse (eg Museumsquartier in the immediate neighborhood).
WG-Leben:
Ein paar Worte über mich (Georg, 28): ich bin in den letzten Zügen meines Jusstudiums und nebenbei in einer Kanzlei beschäftigt, deshalb meistens sehr busy. Ich würde mich als eher ruhig beschreiben, und gerne zwischendurch für ein gemeinsames Abendessen oder ein Bier zu haben. Generell wäre es super, wenn du schon WG-Erfahrung hast.
Wenn du dir also vorstellen könntest das Zimmer zu mieten, schick doch ein paar Zeilen über dich, z.B. ob du schon WG-Erfahrung gesammelt hast und wie ein typischer Tag bei dir abläuft.
WG-Life:
A few words about myself (Georg 28): I am in the last stages of his law studies and work in a law-firm, therefore always busy. I woukd describe myself as rather quiet, and enjoy an occassional dinner or a beer together. Generally it would be great if you already have experience living in a shared flat.
So if you could imagine renting the room, please send us a few lines about yourself, e.g. if you already have shared apartment experience and what your typical routine is.
Die monatliche Gesamtmiete von EUR 553 pro Person gliedert sich wie folgt:
Kaltmiete: EUR 472
Gas und Strom/Monat: EUR 45,5
Anbindung Wiener Netze/Monat: EUR 24,60
Internettarif/Monat: EUR 11
Zusätzlich würden für Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine noch eine einmalige Ablöse iHv insgesamt EUR 300 anfallen.
