Die WG befindet sich in 7. Bezirk in der Hermanngasse. Es ist eine große Altbauwohnung. Das Fenster geht zum Stigenhaus daher kriegt das Zimmer wenig Tageslicht. Es ist meistens sehr ruhig und man hat oft angenehme Zimmertemperatur. Obwohl es zum Stiegenhaus schaut, hat man bei der Lüftung kein Problem. Die Miete ist alles inkl. 295 €.
Im Innenhof ist es immer sehr ruhig und kühl (im Sommer auch), so dass man immer zum Entspannen Zeit hat.

The flat is located in the 7th district in Hermanngasse. It is a big old building flat. The room is located towards the staircase & doesn't get a lot of natural light. It is mostly a quiet place and it has comfortable room temperatur and there is no problem with airing if its needed.The rent is 295 € all incl.. It is always quite and cool (in Sommer too) in the patio, so that you can always have some time to relax.

Der beste Bezirk in Wien für die SommerbesucherInnen. Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe von besten und authentischen Cafes, Restaurants und Bars, wo du vegan auch essen und trinken kannst. Die beste Shops in Wien liegen meistens auf der Mariahilferstraße und du wirst nur 4 Gehminuten brauchen, um dort zu sein. Die Stimmung des Bezirks ist einfach wunderschön :)
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. U3 (Von Neubaugasse Ubahnstation bis Stephansplatz 3 Stationen, bis Westbahnhof 2 Stationen und bis Landstraße 5 Stationen) Straßenbahn 49 (2 Stationen bis Volkstheater Museumsquartier und 3 Stationen bis Ubahnlinie U6), Bus 13A (2 Stationen bis Haus des Meeres)

About the 7th district (Neubau):
it is the best district for you. If you don't like the room, try to find another one but look for in the 7th district. You are close to the best Shops in Vienna on Mariahilferstaße in just about 5 min. by foot. Those streets, cafes, bars and Museumsquartier (MQ) will be the places, where you will have a nice time with your friends or alone for sure.
It is 2 min. from Hofer and Billa. The athmosphere is just lovely in this district :)
Public transport: U3 (3 stops to City Center, and 5 stops to Landstraße) in 5 min by foot, tram 49 (2 stops to Volkstheater, Museumsquartier and 3 stops to U6), bus 13A (3 stops to Haus des Meeres).

Wir sind insgesamt sechs internationale Leute. Manche von uns studieren (Architektur, Kunst) und andere arbeiten (Architekt, Lichttechniker, DJ, Veranstalter). Wir haben eine guten Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung, wo du fast alles zum Kochen finden kannst.

We are an international flat with tenants from Bosnia, Greece and Austria. Some of us are working (as Architect, Light engineer, DJ, Organizer) and others are studying (Architecture, Art) . We have a nice Kitchen where you can find any equipment to cook.
