Leider verlässt uns die liebe Franzi weswegen wir einen geeigneten Nachfolger für unsere WG suchen.
Das freie Zimmer ist das größte in der WG und hofseitig angesiedelt, weswegen es auch das ruhigste Zimmer ist.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr geräumig und hat neben einem Vorzimmer noch ein Kleines Kabinett welches sich gerade im Umbau zu einem kleinen aber feinen Wohnzimmer befindet.
Wenn euch unsere kleine Beschreibung zusagt, meldet euch dich einfach mit einem klitzekleinen Text zu euch, Gloria und ich freuen uns schon!
Soon our roommate Franzi is going to move out so we’re looking for a new member of our flat.
The free room is the biggest one and is located towards an inner yard.
The apartment is very spacious and has a small cabinet which is going to be our lovely living room very soon.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 7 Bezirk. Der 7 Bezirk ist super zentral gelegen und super für Studenten! Es gibt es eine endlose Auswahl an coolen Restaurants und Bars im Bezirk. Außerdem gibt es eine super Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Du bist innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu fuß an der U6 Thaliastraße. Direkt unter dem Haus hält die 5er Tram welche dich zum Westbahnhof oder an den Prater bringt. Auch 46, 49, und 48A sind nicht weit.
Die Auswahl der Supermärkte ist ziemlich facettenreich. In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du BILLA, Hofer, Spar und einen denn’s Biomarkt.
The apartment is located in the 7 district. The 7 district is super central and great for students! There is an endless choice of cool restaurants and bars in the district. There is also a great connection to public transport. Within 5 minutes walking distance you are at U6 Thaliastraße. Also in front of the house stops the 5 which brings you to the Westbahnhof or to the Prater. Also 46, 49, and 48A are not far. The selection of supermarkets is quite diverse. In the immediate vicinity you will find BILLA, Hofer, Spar and denn’s biomarket.
Wir sind Karo (22) und Gloria (25) und kennen uns aus unserer vorherigen WG.
Zu uns: Wir studieren beide noch. Karo studiert IBWL an der WU und ist nebenbei selbständig tätig. Gloria studiert Architektur im Master an der Akademie.
Generell sind wir gesellige Menschen und viel unterwegs, aber wir sitzen gerne auch in der Küche gemeinsam trinken einen Kaffee oder ein Bier zusammen, laden Freunde ein und gehen abends aus.
We are Karo and Gloria and know eachother from our former flat. Both of us study. Karo studies IBWL at the WU and works as a freelancer. Gloria studies architecture at the academy of fine arts.
Generally spoken we are outgoing and openminded people, enjoy to sit together and drink a coffee or some beers, invite friends to our place or go out for some drinks and party.
Da wir erst vor kurzem in die WG eingezogen sind ist neben der Kaution von 960€, eine Ablöse von 550€ für Geräte (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Trockner), die Therme (von Vormietern übernommen) und andere Anschaffungen zu zahlen.
Schreib uns doch ein bisschen was über dich und wir freuen uns darauf dich kennen zu lernen!
In addition to the deposit of 960€ there is to pay a transfer sum of 550 € for the washing machine, the dishwasher, the dryer, the spa (taken over by previous tenants) and other purchases we did since we moved in recently.
