The newly built apartment has about 100 m2 and has 3 separate bedrooms, each with about 16m2, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and storage room. In addition, there is a roof terrace and a cellar compartment. All rooms are on the courtyard side, so the apartment is pleasantly quiet.
The room is Furnished with 160 bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk, bedside table, mirror, see photos (excluding electrical and office chair)
With the compensation payment, the furniture, and all shares in the community objects (washing machine, bathroom / living room / storage room / kitchen facility, D-Lan,) (dining table, washing machine ..) will pass to you. For 150 €, the room furniture can be taken over: desk, cupboard, mirror, shelf, bedside table and 160 bed.

Sehr gute öffentliche Anbindung: Bus und Bim Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre, U6 Station Thaliastraße ist ca 2 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa und Hofer in 1 min Fußweg, weiters ist die Lugner City mit unzähligen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kino, Bars, Fitnesscenter 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Very good public transport: Bus and Bim stop right outside the front door, U6 station Thaliastraße is about 2 minutes walk away.
Shops: Billa and Hofer in 1 minute walk, further the Lugner City with various shops, cinema, bars, fitness center 5 minutes walk away.
Meine beiden Mitbewohner sind Mark aus Ungarn und Vik aus Indien. Beide sind berufstätig und sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Mark wird ebenfalls im April ausziehen.
Ich habe alles zweisprachig angegeben da Vik nur Englisch spricht, somit sollte wer das Zimmer nimmt auch Englisch sprechen können.

I have specified everything bilingual because Vik speaks only English, so if you want the room you should also be able to speak English.
Wenn gewünscht kann auch ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz im Keller um 100€ im Monat dazugemietet werden.
Die Miete beträgt Monatlich 415€ inklusive Betriebskosten und Wasserverbrauch. Dazu kommt noch Internet, Warmwaser/Heizung, Strom und Versicherung was ca. 40€ im Monat ausmacht. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt auf 5 Jahre befristet, somit bleiben noch 2,5 Jahre.
