Helles Zimmer auf der Mariahilfer Straße

Da ich selbst wegen eines Praktikums in diesem Zeitraum nicht in Wien sein werde, vermiete ich mein wundervolles 22,5 m^2 Zimmer in bester Lage im 7. Bezirk Wiens. Die Altbauwohnung wurde gerade erst renoviert und liegt direkt auf der bekannten Mariahilfer Straße, das heißt dir sind jegliche Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür gegeben, sowie etliche Bars und Restaurants durch den angesagten siebten Bezirk.
Die Wohnung verfügt über dein Zimmer, einem Ess-/Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, Bad, separatem WC und dem Zimmer meines Mitbewohners. All diese Räume (insg. 75m^2) sind über einen zentralen Flur begehbar. Dein Zimmer ist mit allem wichtigen (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Fernseher, Drucker,...) ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt auf Höhe der Neubaugasse der Mariahilfer Straße, also ziemlich mittig. U-Bahn und Bus sind in 1min zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist innerhalb von 3 Stationen schon im 1. Bezirk am Stephansdom oder in der anderen Richtung innerhalb von 2 Stationen am Westbahnhof und kommt von dort gut zu Fernverbindungen/Flughafen. Museumquartier, Naschmarkt, Spittelberg und weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten und Zentrale Punkte der Stadt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig, da sie sich im Hinterhaus befindet und das Zimmer zu einem großen ruhigen Hinterhof gelegen ist, ohne dass jemand in das Zimmer gucken kann. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, dass die Wohnung schön hell ist, da sie im 4. Stock (mit Fahrstuhl) liegt.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert, alles was du brauchst ist vorhanden und im besten Zustand (auch in der Küche). Daher wünschen wir uns auch jemanden, der gut mit den Sachen umgeht und die Wohnung behandelt, als wäre sie euer Eigentum :)
Mein lieber Mitbewohner Philip ist 27 Jahre alt und arbeitet Vollzeit in einer Unternehmensberatung.

Since I myself will not be in Vienna during this period because of an internship, I rent my wonderful 22.5 m^2 room in the best location in the 7th district of Vienna. The old building apartment has just been renovated and is located directly on the famous Mariahilfer Straße, which means you have all shopping and shopping facilities right in front of the door, as well as several bars and restaurants through the hip seventh district.
The apartment has your room, a dining/living room, a kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and my roommate's room. All these rooms (altogether 75m^2) are accessible via a central corridor. Your room is equipped with everything you need (bed, desk, chest of drawers, TV, printer,...).
The apartment is located on the level of the new building street of Mariahilfer Straße, thus quite centrally. Subway and bus are 1min walk away and you are within 3 stations already in the 1st district at Stephansdom or in the other direction within 2 stations at Westbahnhof and from there you can easily reach long-distance connections/airport. Museum Quarter, Naschmarkt, Spittelberg and other sights and central points of the city are within walking distance. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quiet because it is located in the back house and the room is situated in a large quiet backyard without anyone being able to look into the room. Another advantage is that the apartment is nicely bright as it is on the 4th floor (with elevator).
The apartment is completely furnished, everything you need is available and in best condition (also in the kitchen). That's why we wish someone who handles things well and treats the apartment as if it were your property :)
