DEPENDING ON YOUR NEEDS, BUDGET AND PLANS FOR YOUR FUTURE, WE WILL FIGURE OUT THE IDEAL CONTRACT AND STRUCTURE TOGETHER WITH YOUR OTHER POSSIBLE FLAT MATES.

to be honest in advance your budget should be between 249 and about 500 (for a very own room) depending on room situation and structure - we will talk together about the costs and how to share with association and flat mates to find a perfect individual solution for you.

As this place has been built in 1689. The area is crowded by people from all over the world who wants to live an extremely social and open society. It means that others might say that we are all „hippies“ or „postHipsters“ .. but we won’t say so! haha .. we would say:

- we do deeply believe in self definition and individual responsibility

Our private student community is including many flats and urban gardens throughout the area of the beloved green governed district called „NEUBAU“.

So what we are offering here right now and particular to you is a cosy home for 2 or maximum 3 female flat mates in 2 rooms. Right now we arranged a big living and eating room with big table and an amazing fire place which was built centuries ago. Beside this there is a small kitchen with hob and fridge and dishes. From the kitchen you can enter by a door the tiny bath room with shower, sink and toilet.

The house is an amazing thing as the neighbors are mostly students and people from art, media and society. It’s directly embedded in an old pedestrian area and market place. The house is an old old preserved place by UNESCO and the city of Vienna. A few days ago we founded an association to establish an urban garden infront of the house. Feel welcome if you have got some green fingers too. But if you prefer a professional and more common building live style like a hilton hotel or a clean sciFi location, we won’t be the right thing for you.
