Zimmer:
es handelt sich um ein 14 m2 Zimmer mit einem eigenen kleinen Badezimmer, welches nur vom Zimmerbewohner benutzt wird.
Die Lage ist mit dem Fenster zum Innenhof eine sehr ruhige, es ist kaum Straßenlärm zu hören.
Im Zimmer sind ein Bett, ein Schrank, zwei kleine Ablagen und ein kleiner Fernseher vorhanden.
Das Bad ist zwar klein, ist aber mit Toilette, Waschbecken und Dusche mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet.
Wohnung:
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem langen Flur und einer modernen Küchenzeile im Eingangsbereich.
Lage:
Die Lage ist an der Kreuzung Zieglergasse/Burggasse eine recht zentrale, man ist sehr schnell (zu Fuß 1 min) an der Buslinie 48A sowie der Straßenbahn 49, außerdem innerhalb von 3-5 min an den UBahnstationen Burggasse sowie Zieglergasse. Der 7. Bezirk selbst ist zum Wohnen sehr angenehm, es gibt viele gute Restaurants und Bars, außerdem ist man mit besagten Verbindungen sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum.
Zimmerbesichtigungen biete ich sehr gerne an!
!WICHTIG!: das Zimmer wird dauerhaft frei, es wäre ein langfristiger Einzug möglich, oder in besagtem Zeitraum. Sollte kurz- oder langfristig Interesse an dem Zimmer bestehen bitte einfach per Privatnachricht bei mir melden.

Room:
It is a 14 m2 room with its own small bathroom, which is only used by the room occupant.
The location is with the window to the courtyard a very quiet, it is hardly street noise to hear.
The room has a bed, a closet, two small shelves and a small TV.
The bathroom is small, but is equipped with toilet, sink and shower with all necessary.
Flat:
The apartment consists of a long hallway and a modern kitchenette in the entrance area.
Location:
The location is at the intersection Zieglergasse / Burggasse a fairly central, it is very fast (1 minute walk) to the bus line 48A and the tram 49, also within 3-5 minutes at the underground stations Burggasse and Zieglergasse. The 7th district itself is very comfortable to live in, there are many good restaurants and bars, plus you are with said connections very fast in the city center.

Bezirk:
Der 7. Bezirk ist mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Shoppingmöglichkeiten ein sehr wohnenswerter, auch die Nähe zur MariahilferStraße begünstigt dies. Die Nachbarschaft ist eine eher ruhige, es gibt Abends viele Möglichkeiten zum Ausgehen jedoch ohne eine unangenehme Geräuschkulisse. Sehr empfehlenswert ist der Berliner Döner, welcher nur einen Block entfernt ist und wirklich sehr lecker schmeckt.
District:
The 7th district is with many restaurants, bars and shopping a very worth living, also the proximity to MariahilferStraße favors this. The neighborhood is a rather quiet, there are many nightlife options but without an unpleasant noise. Highly recommended is the Berliner kebab, which is only a block away and really delicious.
Zur Zeit wohnt Rafael in der WG, er kommt aus London, spricht überwiegend Englisch und arbeitet in Wien. Das WG-Leben ist ein sehr harmonisches und unkompliziertes, gelegentlich wird zusammen gekocht oder wir gehen feiern. Da jedoch zwei von drei Bewohnern ausziehen, weil wir mit Freunden zusammenziehen, wird es durch die neuen Leute wohl neu definiert ;)
At the moment Rafael lives in the flat, he comes from London, speaks mostly English and works in Vienna. The shared apartment is a very harmonious and uncomplicated, occasionally cooked together or we go partying. However, since two out of three occupants move out because we're dating friends, the new people will probably redefine it;)
Mein Mitbewohner vermietet im selben Zeitraum ebenfalls sein Zimmer, bei Bedarf könnten also auch zwei Leute in unsere Wohnung einziehen, bzw wäre in seinem Zimmer sogar Platz für ein Päärchen. Sollte in dieser Hinsicht Interesse bestehen bitte telefonisch bei mir melden.
Wir ziehen langfristig aus, es ist möglich, für Juni und Juli hier zu wohnen, oder auch auch langfristig.
Bitte Dauer der Wohnabsicht in der Nachricht an mich angeben.
