Das Zimmer ist super schön hell, 2 Fenster, viel Sonnenlicht und es ist ca. 23qm2 groß. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung fein saniert und schön eingerichtet! Alles funktioniert wie neu, weil alles neu ist. Es gibt zwei Bäder, also auch keine Engpässe um halb 12 in der Früh wenn sich alle fertig machen.
Die Bartour kann direkt unter der Wohnung starten und enden. Ebenso das Frühstück danach, da unter uns mehrere Bars und Cafes sind. Ansonsten hast du Hofer, Lidl, (oder je nachdem wie viel Geld du hast auch) Billa und Spar in einem Umkreis von 5 Minuten. Zur Ubahn Neubaugasse läufst du ca. 3 Minuten. Ansonsten sind auch noch verschiedene Busse direkt um die Ecke, sowie Uber.
Zur Zeit leben Leon (25), Wendelin (22), Anja (24) und Elias (27) in der Wohnung. Die 3 Jungs sind aus Vorarlberg und Anja aus Eisenstadt. Was alle genau machen können wir ja bei der Besichtigung besprechen. Bussi bis bald
