2 bedroom, fully furnished apartment with a cute kitchen, a big living room, 1 toilet and 1 shower and a balcony (attached with other flatmate's room) on the 5th floor. The avaiable room looks out on to the street Kaiserstraße. Morning sun.
WASHING MACHINE, DISHWASHER, FURNITURE, utilities etc included in the rent + 10 euros per month additional for internet.
Really awesome location in the 7th district, with a really good connectivity. There is a tram line 5 (West bhf - Praterstern), bus 48A to volkstheater, Apotheke and a SPAR right below the apartment. LUGNER CITY mall, Billa, MERKUR, HOFER, FELZL bakery, tram 49 via westbahnstraße through the 7th district, UBahn - U6 within 3 minutes walking distance.

Chill, relaxed living with an Austrian male, 26 years old. He works as a mechanic in a CAR workshop. Usually out of the apartment because of work. He prefers clean apartment. Cleaning is roughly done every 2 weeks. Usually the apartment does not require much cleaning because of only 2 occupants in the apartment.
My only requirement is that the person staying must be clean, and should handover the apartment back in as neat condition as it will be given in :) ! The room offered is a really cosy room furnished with a big table and a conformatable double bed. There are lots of storage spaces in the flat.
