For rent are two unfurnished rooms, one courtyard-side and quiet, one street-side and bright, both á 12sqm (roughly 5x2,30) in an old apartment of about 130sqm. The ceilings are high, the floors are herringbony, the walls were white.
Die Radspur vor der Tür jettet dich in kürzester Zeit überall hin, Weidinger&Kriemhild, U3&U6, OTker Palast der Republik, Brunnenmarkt, Gemma Lugner!, Taubenpark.

Es wird wild gekocht, gelabert&geredet, wüst gestikuliert, garstig getanzt, furios gefeiert, endlos Filme geschaut und pünktlich die Dreckmiete bezahlt. Es gibt viel Gemeinschaftsfläche, sogar zwei große Wohnzimmer, sowie einen räudigen Hinterhof mit Tischchen. Gerne kommunikativ&offen, bitte keine Zweck-Wg!
Außerdem, und auch viel wichtiger, ich bin kommunikativ, mag Menschen sehr, koch gerne und auch nicht immer nur für mich ganz allein, ich geh gern feiern, auf Open-Airs, Veranstaltungen, Ausstellungen, Partys, Cafes und Bars sowieso, ich kann sogar ohne die schlimmsten cholerischen Anwandlungen brettspielen, mich relativ lang auf viel zu viel Kaffee vertratschen, immer gern im Grünen und vo rallem am Wasser, mag Pflanzen wie Bücher, Hobbys hab ich wahrscheinlich auch irgendwelche, weitere Selbstbeschreibung.
There is fresh cooking, babbling&talking, wild gesticulating, crude dancing, furious partying, watching endless movies and paying the dirt rent on time. There is a lot of common space, even two large living rooms, as well as a mangy backyard with little tables. Gladly communicative&open, please no purpose-shared-flat!
In addition, and also much more important, I am talkative, like people very much, love to cook and also not always just for myself, I like to go celebrate, on open airs, events, exhibitions, parties, cafes and bars anyway, always like to be in the green and at the water, like plants as well as books, hobbies I probably also have some, further self-description.
Ums Eck gibt´s Pizza bis 3 Uhr früh!
Uh und was mir wichtig wäre, ist sich persönlich zu treffen, weil all die Vibes&Energies&Charisma&Empathie&Humor&Liebe, die ihr und ich und unsere Butze so haben, die sprühen alle nicht so fein durch den Äther. Also komm auf n Kaffeetscherl oder ne Halbe rum!
