Da ich den ganzen Sommer im Ausland arbeiten bzw. im Urlaub sein werde, werde ich Wien bis Ende September verlassen und suche somit jemanden, der in diesem Zeitraum eine Bleibe braucht.

Außer mir wohnen noch vier Menschen in der Wohnung. Patrick (28) Schauspieler, Delia (24) studiert an der Uni Wien im Fach Politikwissenschaft herum, Chris (genau 30) spielt gerne Spiele und arbeitet als Physiotherapeut und Manuel (27) ist seit Oktober aus Spanien in Wien und arbeitet als Psychologe, macht Community Work und ihn interessiert das Theater der Unterdrückten.
Auf jeden Fall alles sehr nette Leute.
Seit wir vor etwas mehr als einem Jahr hier eingezogen sind leben wir nach dem „Laissez-Faire“ Prinzip zusammen. Die eigentlich einzige Regel besteht darin, dass jeder/e einmal die Woche einkauft und für alle anderen kocht (obwohl auch das mehr eine Leitlinie als ein striktes Gesetz darstellt) und einmal pro Woche einen bestimmten, sich abwechselnden, Bereich der Wohnung saubermacht. Da zwei von uns vegetarisch essen, kochen wir meistens ohne Fleisch. Manchmal variiert dies aber auch, wie alles andere.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert; Bett, Schreibtisch, Tisch, Schrank ist alles drinnen (s. Bider). Weiters gibt's in der WG eine kleine Küche, 2 Badezimmer, ein großes mit Dusche und ein kleineres mit Badewanne, dann nochmal ein separates WC und einen Wasch- bzw. Abstellraum. Campus/Uni sind innerhalb von 10 min zu erreichen, Spar und Penny 2 Gehminuten entfernt und Straßenbahnhaltestelle 44 ist direkt vor der Tür.
Da wir in jedem Fall große WG-Castings vermeiden wollen, würden wir uns sehr darüber freuen, wenn du uns in einer Mail ein bisschen was über dich erzählen könntest.

Ich werde ca. am 28 September zurückkommen, allerdings bin ich bei den Zeiten relativ flexibel. Bei Interesse gerne einfach eine E-Mail schreiben, auch der Preis ist natürlich je nach Dauer verhandelbar.

Since I’ll be working and go on holiday for the summer I will leave Vienna for a while. I will be away until September, and I am looking for someone who likes to stay in the room during this time.
Apart of myself, there are for other people living in the flat. Patrick (28) Actor, Delia (24) is studying political science, Chris (30) is a physiotherapist and likes board games a lot and Manuel (30) from Spain is a psychologist with special interest in community work and improvisation theatre. So a nice bunch of people. There is all the furniture in the room, desk, a bed, couch etc (As you see in the pictures).
There is also a small kitchen, two bathrooms and a big corridor in the flat.
The flat is quite central, with University, City Centre within reach of around 15 minutes. Subways and other public transportation is near by..
I will be back at around the 28. of September, but if you want to stay a little longer or shorter it is no a problem.
