FLAT:
The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) and has wooden floors, it is in total around 90sqm. The flat itself is very quiet and light, all windows are facing south, so the sun comes in almost all day long. You will have a flatmate, which is a very nice girl that works usual office hours. The two bedrooms are on two different ends of the flat. Kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave and espresso machine) and we have a laundry machine. Bedsheets, blanket and towels can be provided. Living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared areas. The living room is kind of big and has a huge TV.
ROOM:
The room is fully furnished, with a queen size bed, nightstands, a dresser and a closet in which I will make some space for your stuff. The room has a privat little balcony with a great view. It is not huge, but big enough to sit outside and enjoy the view (which is mainly the sky and rooftops).
LOCATION:
The street is very busy with many shops and restaurants around, and the famous Brunnenmarkt, a farmers market which is open every day, just around the corner. Supermarkets, drug stores, pharmacies,... are all within less than 5 minutes away. The bike share rental is also less than 5 minutes away, next to the closest metro (Ubhan) stop, the U6 Josefstädterstraße. Tram Line 2 is in front of the house, going directly to the city center. Other very close tram lines are 46, 44, 33 and 5. All university buildings are reached within max 30 minutes by public transportation, but also accessible by walking.
We are looking for a nice, responsible person (preferably female) that cleans up after herself and likes living together, maybe sit together once in a while with a glas of wine or dinner, though this is not a must. You should be able to clean up after yourself and be independent. We don't have people over often, but if we do, we also check with the other one in advance. Your flatmate is very nice, helpful and considerate, so we hope you are too :)

COST:
The rent is €600 per month, including all utilities (Wifi, Water, Gas, Electricity, Cable TV). Security deposit is one months rent and will be given back after the end of the lease.
